The orientation of the property ensures stunning sunrises and falls, which you can enjoy on the large 60m2 outdoor terrace. There is also a rowing boat. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the sea, but still be close to all amenities. This place can accommodate 7 people

Great location near the road in Laitila, all the way to the asphalt road. The road that passes by the front garden can be seen when the trees are leafless. Villa Night Owl is located in Karvia, in the middle of nature, and well-connected. The main building has been completely renovated from its surfaces. The cottage has a separate bedroom, kitchen, living room and washroom. The laundry room has a toilet, shower, and washer. Sleeps 4 + travel crib. The yard buildings are also renovated. The cozy yard has a grill canopy, an outdoor sauna, a dressing room, a lot, a natural pond, and an opening in the winter. The idyllic cottage is located on the top of a slope, in its own peace, surrounded by beautiful scenery. You should arrive at the cottage via road 1030, NOT via Rakuunatorpantie = wrong route + big uphill). Children under 16 years old FREE (2 children, accompanied by an adult). UNFORTUNATELY, PETS ARE NOT WELCOME IN THE COTTAGE. In the midst of the energy crisis, the electric car charge is priced separately at 15e/day. Alternatively, report the meter readings before and after your stay.

Come & enjoy upscale cottage in lake district Finland with main and sauna house w/ 3 bedrooms with 6 beds and upper floor with 4 beds more, 2 saunas, upstairs game area and all necessary amenities + bathtub. Villa Betty is a charming small log cabin built in the 19th century, located on its own yard in Parainen along the Archipelago Ring Road. The cabin was renovated in 2021. It features an open-plan kitchen, a WC and shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and a sunny terrace. From the terrace, there is a partial sea view. The old and much-praised outdoor sauna was renovated in 2024 and ensures a relaxing holiday experience. Bläsnäs' popular public beach is just 250 meters away

In the forests surrounding the cottage, you can hike, pick mushrooms and berries, and the scenic Lake Gölen is a kilometer away. The cottage is located near Billnäs Ruukki, and Fiskars Ruukkikylä with its restaurants and boutiques is also within cycling distance. The wood-fired traditional sauna, which is freely available to tenants, offers deep and humid saunas.

The beach is not a fork, but you can comfortably swim from the dock. Pets are not allowed at this property.
