Kiva kaksio aivan Turun ydinkeskustassa. Keittiö ja kylpyhuone remontoitu helmikuu 2022. Makuuhuoneessa on parisänky ja singlesänky ja tilava vaatehuone. Valoisassa olohuoneessa on tilava vuodesohva ja ruokailuryhmä kuudelle. Ikkunasta on hieno näköala ulos ja 10 metriselle parvekkeelle. Pienessä keittiössä ruokapöytä ja kaksi tuolia.
