Holiday rentals with beach access in Southbank

Incredible apartment to enjoy Melbourne. I walked from Elwood and St Kilda to the city and enjoyed every minute. The best sunset in Melbourne is a short walk from the apartment over near Elwood Beach. Stunning. Great suburb with lovely shoos and great coffee. Had the best Acai bowl at Berry Good, coffee was great too. There's also a lovely bakery and heaps of cool cafes, there's even a Popcorn shop with an artisan twist. Can't wait to stay at Euans place again. It's great for those who love walking and jogging as St.Kilda is a lovely run along the water

Wonderful little air bnb, great location. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, beaches and the train station. Check In was super easy and Roger was very responsive. Only suggestion I would make is it would benefit to have air conditioning in the bedrooms as they got quite warm at night. Thank you for letting us stay.

We had a great time at Annes place. Close to the beach for a nice walk or a drink in the evening. Also close to trams to get to the CBD area. We enjoyed the take away cups she provides and had several iced latte from Frankies around the corner. Recommend!

Wonderful! Normally hate scorching heat and summer but staying here made me fall in love with it. Stayed for nearly two months while my house was getting renovated and felt like I was on a long extended holiday. The hosts (Lara and Jente) were very helpful and accomodating with everything. Smaller kitchen than what I was used to, but it worked out in the long run and ended up eating cleaner, fresher meals and got fit as a result. Plus being able to have dinner while watching the sun set from the balcony was absolutely heavenly. Will miss that place for sure. Thank you ladies!

Port Melbourne is a great area with lots to do and only a tram away from the city. Sakshee's place is strategically located near the beach which makes all the areas accessible. The place is clean and nice, communication is very good and very accommodating. The unit is a bit complex to get to with lots of doors to go through but Sakshee makes it easy with clear instructions. The unit is very private, cozy and quiet. Overall, worth every penny, I would go back there again when I go back to port Melbourne.

Cannot Recommend this place enough! The host was so kind, generous, and thoughtful. The space was beautiful and clean. Beautiful views and an awesome place. The apartment is a hidden gem!!

I can really recommend Chris’ lovely Airbnb. Chris is very friendly and helpful. There were so many really nice things to make us feel at home, like great shampoo, exquisite towels, lovely gorgeous small chocolates for the kids. The apartment/unit was so great. It is very close to the beach and many good restaurants which also provide take away. Easy to find the trams taking us into Melbourne city center. We recommend staying and would love to come back another time.

A well located stay for easy travel to many eastern and inner city areas. Train station, excellent coffee shop and many restaurants , 711, chemist etc at 2-5min walk. Greatly equiped Air BnB with all you’ll need.

The accommodation was overall very clean and so nicely put together! From kitchen utensils to the toiletries, everything was all put together so nicely. The location is also close to public transport and the street itself was quiet as well so you can be sure that you’ll have a quiet and relaxing stay. We got all the details relating to the stay in a very timely manner - everything from check in to check out was very smooth. Will definitely have this place in mind for potential future stays too!

Wonderful stay in Port Melbourne, perfect for short or long stays. Spacious home with great natural light, cooling and heating. Fast internet, cozy bedrooms and clean kitchen with plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Restaurants, cafes and supermarkets all walking distance and was a perfect location for my time while attending the Melbourne Formula 1 Grand Prix. Highly recommend this stay, will be back hopefully the next time I'm up for the GP or planning a long stay with family. Thanks Gabrielle!

The house is as described, no problems at all. We needed a temporary place to stay when we had to vacate our house for a couple of days. Great house for dog owners as it was fully fenced all around. Next time I will ask for an extra key a just the one key was hard to manage but otherwise, exactly what we needed. Thanks

Andrew’s place was perfect for our stay. We were across the road from the sporting tournament we had travelled for. There were excellent coffee shops, cafes & supermarkets all within a short 5 minute drive. The house was very unique with its decorations, furniture & artwork. The entire house was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed. The shower & bath were both wonderful & the beds were very comfortable.

Our stay at jonathan’s place was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect for exploring.

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Graci's home in Port Melbourne. Lots of space, great amenities, quiet location, close to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent location and great value for money. The hosts were super professional & easy to deal with, totally did their due diligence for our check-in. On the contrary, Check-in info needs to be communicated slightly better as there was nothing indicating we had to get in through a grey gate to access the lockbox, it was a free access but we had to search for a good 5-10 minutes for the lockbox. The equipment in the house needs to be replaced. For instance, the soap dispenser wasn’t working in the main bathroom. Washing machine was super old, its quick wash cycle being a whopping 3 hours which was disappointing. There was a massive hole in one of the bedroom’s closet, the back gate to the garden was also playing up. Lastly, we’d expected cordless vacuum cleaner for convenience, however that wasn’t the case. Overall, with few minor changes/ improvements, this house has the potential to tick all the boxes

Wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable, quiet and a great location. Easy access into St Kilda and tram into city centre. Hayley was very responsive to any questions pre stay and during. Lots of additional unexpected extras left to eat/ drink and use which is always greatly appreciated when travelling. Would throughly recommend for a short or longer stay. Would suggest a few more serving dishes needed. Shower and bath great, just be aware water comes out very, very hot! The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts. We had a fabulous time at Rueben’s place in Brighton. The unit is beautifully appointed. Rueben, Sookie and Vinola were lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend this unit!

Mia place is in a great location, walking distance to beach, off-leash dog parks and main Port Melbourne street full of cafes, shops and pubs. There is also public transport nearby to enable further travel to Melbourne main tourist spots. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

The location was perfect, with beautiful view of city and the ocean. It was easy to communicate with Jim. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Definitely recommend this place.
