Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Southern France

Accommodation for 6 people very well located, with a small courtyard that we were able to enjoy close to the port and shops and restaurants! Sandrine is a very nice range hood, she was on our arrival on the boat, to accompany us and drop off our luggage! I recommend it without a problem Sylvie

We stayed one night at Alexandre and Laëtitia's place for a wedding in a nearby castle and everything was perfect! They are very welcoming and responsive, offering us useful recommendations for moving between cities (we don't have a car). The apartment is clean, quiet and tidy. No complaints!

This is the absolute best place to spend a vacation - the house is very friendly and has a wonderful terrace. The location is directly at the sea. Everything you need for a wonderful stay is there. i can fully recommend this house for a wonderful experience of Korsika.

Very good stay at Sandrine's. The house she built and tastefully decorated was great (clean and very well equipped). We were able to rest there and enjoy the calm of the countryside. The spa is a bonus that we really appreciated in the face of a really refreshing view.

We spent a weekend with friends at this place. The listing matches the listing photos, it is close to the center (within walking distance), very quiet and quite spacious. We did not meet Guillaume in person but he informed us very well and it was easy to communicate with him.

We really enjoyed staying here, it was comfortable, warm and well-equipped. We particularly enjoyed the great views from the jacuzzi after a day of skiing. Pierre-Marie met us when we arrived and was a very responsive host.

The accommodation was super equipped and Magdalena very friendly and helpful. We didn't have to bring books at all, because the selection in the space was diverse and really good. The location was ideal for us as dog owners: a garden for the quick relief and plenty of possibilities to do the business nearby and also to dispose of the legacy neatly. We put this place at the top for our next stay in Liechtenstein!!!

We spent 6 great days in Matteo's apartment! The location allows to make excursions to Milan as well as to Lake Maggiore (or others). Both can be reached directly from here by train. Behind the house is also a beautiful forest with nice hiking trails. In the kitchen we missed a few things, but the mother (lives upstairs, speaks only Italian) was very kind and helpful. She likes to borrow things. Overall, we were completely satisfied!

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Valentina was our contact while we stayed in Limonta. She was the most friendly, kind, and responsive host we have ever known. She always went above and beyond what she had to. She gave us the most easy and helpful check-in information, checked in on us during our stay with great friendliness, and tipped us off to local experiences and restaurants to enhance our stay. The little home was private, peaceful, and with a fantastic terrace/view that we made the most of every day of our stay. We had such a nice little trip, and it will be looked back on fondly due to the special touch of Valentina!

A great stay, there is everything you need in the house! A very nice welcome and very good restaurants in the village! And let's not talk about the view…..beautiful!

very comfortable large apartment, well-equipped, large terrace directly above the lake, where you can spend the day relaxing and unwind. The place with its narrow streets is beautiful and you are right in the middle of it. The coastal hiking trail towards Lugano is also a pleasure. We felt comfortable all around The only downside is that the parking lot, located above the place on the street, costs 12 CHF a day.

together great, just and it's a detail, the cafetiere is not a nespresso but a tassimo and there is a standard ground coffee maker. on the site I did not have the access code to the code box as said ,or how to access the apartment (via a gate on the side of the real estate agency). otherwise excellent stay and nice sea view.
