If you are seeking to spend the day at one of the beautiful Kennebunk beaches they are just minutes away. Work would occur roughly 8am–4/5pm and not every day. Cannot see it from the house.

Sip a drink at the bar while watching the game or use the grill on the deck but be sure to use the built in sound system to play your music throughout the house and deck.
