All rooms are individually decorated with (1) queen bed, private baths with shower & standard amenities. These rooms have small bathrooms & dormers over the beds/windows. Rooms include our buffet breakfast & wifi. Stay like a local in this Queen Studio Suite. Located on the first floor, Room 7 is set up like a sun filled studio apartment featuring a well-appointed kitchen and sitting area. Call this room home while you also enjoy daily housekeeping and amenities that include an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, Bigelow bath products, Matouk Linens, plush pillow-top mattress, hypoallergenic down bedding, Bluetooth clock radio with charging station, in-room climate control, Wifi and cable TV.

This unit offers a private balcony, full bath, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Free Wifi, A/C, heat and onsite parking for one vehicle. The Elms is conveniently in Westbrook, with easy access to Portland and the Interstate. The Cumberland room has two queen beds, private bathroom with shower stall, and closet. The room is defined in character by the large imperial rug. Historic Building, built by a renowned architect, originally served as a luxury Maine resort to entice business to the local mill. Featuring splendid carved wood features, fireplaces, spacious rooms, and a screened veranda overlooking the river.

Cozy Colonial Style Inn & Restaurant. 1 Q bed - (May have a canopy or may not) Each of our rooms is equipped with a private bath, small fridge & microwave, complementary WIFI, and includes continental breakfast. Our property also boasts an award-winning restaurant & tavern, The Old Salt, serving lunch and dinner. In warmer months, we offer outdoor seating in addition to our indoor dining.
