Ivo was an amazing host, always attentive and quick to help with any request. The villa exceeded our expectations — it was beautifully designed, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to key attractions. We truly loved our time here and felt right at home. This was one of our best stays, and we can’t wait to come back again!

prijs/kwaliteit verhouding was helemaal top. Ook de taxitritten die werder verzorgd door Alexander waren zeer betaalbaar. hier hebben wij dan ook vaak gebruik van gemaakt. nooit geen gezeur gehad en altijd het beste willen voor de gasten. Alexander is een topvent! ik zal het iedereen aanraden.

Anna's villa has everything you need for a family holiday. It has three spacious bedrooms each with their own bathrooms and very comfortable beds. It was very clean inside and out with all modern appliances to make your stay comfortable. The villa is beside three beaches within walking distance and villages and towns are a short drive away. Communication with Anna was easy with quick responses from her. My family had a lovely holiday in Anna's villa I would highly recommend it.

Невероятно място, създадено за истинска почивка. Изключително доволни останахме през едноседмичния ни престой. Факта, че не е в Поморие в никакъв случай не е минус, дори напротив-радвахме се на тишината и спокойствоето на Каменар, като същевременно ни отнемаше по-малко от 10мин. с кола да стигнем до плажа на Поморие. Къщата е много добре оборудвана и не ни е липсвало абсолютно нищо. Домакините поддържат чисто и спретнато мястото и са много гостоприемни и услужливи. Удобно е за семейства с деца или компании до 8-10 човека, с допълнителни места за спане( ние бяхме с две малки деца под 3год. и един младеж на 10год). Двора на къщата е голям плюс, както и закрития гараж. Абсолютно препоръчвам мястото на хора, които се нуждаят от истинска почивка, тишина и релакс и се надявам да го посетим отново

Très belle villa au calme sur les hauteurs de la ville. Le logement possède beaucoup de fonctionnalités (cuisine équipée, baignoire, piscine, serviettes etc...) L'hôte a été très sympathique et réactif. Je recommande vivement pour passer des moments au calme à proximité des villes et plages de la Bulgarie !

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa in Lozenetz, and we can't recommend it enough! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to both Oasis Beach and Midenia Beach, which made it super convenient for beach days. Tip: you can access Oasis beach via the stairs on the north side of the beach. The villa itself is lovely, with a well-maintained garden and a spacious patio that was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The outdoor space really adds to the charm of the place, whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or having a meal outside. Inside, the villa was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Teodor was also very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway near the Black Sea, this villa is a fantastic choice!

Къщата беше чудесна! Просторна с 2 спални на първия етаж и всяка от тях имаше баня и тоалетна, което е супер удобно. На втория етаж имаше комбинирана спалня с хол и кухня и отново имаше баня и тоалетна. Тераса беше любимото ни място с гледка към морето и огромна маса за хранене или релакс. Къщата беше чиста и спретната на отлична локация, само на 8-9 минути от плажа. Има и гараж, което за мен беше супер удобно! Гергана е супер отзивчива и изцяло отговори на всичките ни въпроси и се стараеше всичко да е наред и да сме доволни :) Препоръчвам на всеки избрал да почива в Свети Влас!
