The villa exceeded our expectations — it was beautifully designed, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to key attractions. We truly loved our time here and felt right at home. This was one of our best stays, and we can’t wait to come back again!

value for money was top notch. The taxi rides taken care of by Alexander were also very affordable. We often used this. Never had no nagging and always want the best for the guests. Alexander is a top event! I will recommend it to anyone.

Anna's villa has everything you need for a family holiday. It has three spacious bedrooms each with their own bathrooms and very comfortable beds. It was very clean inside and out with all modern appliances to make your stay comfortable. The villa is beside three beaches within walking distance and villages and towns are a short drive away. Communication with Anna was easy with quick responses from her. My family had a lovely holiday in Anna's villa I would highly recommend it.

An amazing place made for a real holiday. We were extremely satisfied during our week-long stay. The fact that it is not in Pomorie is by no means a minus, on the contrary-we enjoyed the peace and quiet of Kamenar, while taking us lessthan 10 minutes by car to get to the beach of Pomorie. The house is very well equipped and we didn't lack for absolutely nothing. Hosts keep the place clean and tidy and are very welcoming and helpful. It's convenient for families with children or companies up to 8-10 people, with extra sleeping areas ( we were with two young children under 3 and one young person 10 years old). The courtyard of the house is a big plus, as is the covered garage. I absolutely recommend this place to people who need real rest, quiet, and relaxation, and I hope to visit again

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa in Lozenetz, and we can't recommend it enough! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to both Oasis Beach and Midenia Beach, which made it super convenient for beach days. Tip: you can access Oasis beach via the stairs on the north side of the beach. The villa itself is lovely, with a well-maintained garden and a spacious patio that was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The outdoor space really adds to the charm of the place, whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or having a meal outside. Inside, the villa was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Teodor was also very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway near the Black Sea, this villa is a fantastic choice!

The house was wonderful! Spacious with 2 bedrooms on the first floor and each had a full bathroom which is super convenient. The second floor had a combined bedroom with a living and kitchen and again there was a full bathroom. Terrace was our favorite spot with sea views and a huge table for dining or relaxing. The house was clean and neat in a great location, only 8-9 minutes from the beach. There is also a garage which for me was super convenient! Gergana is super responsive and fully answered all our questions and tried her best to make sure everything was ok and we were satisfied :) I recommend anyone who chose to holiday in Sveti Vlas!

We have just arrived home after 10 days at Sunny Hills. We had a great time and will definitely plan to visit again. Our late flight time meant that we arrived at an unsociable hour, but it was not a problem for Iliya, who happily greeted us. The villa was spacious and clean with beautiful greenery surrounding us to give us some privacy. All of the beds had clean linen with spare pillows/blankets. The pool was clean with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Although the villa supplies bath towels, take swimming towels with you. The one thing that stood out was just how peaceful it was. As a family with young children, we wanted to be able to explore the busier areas of Bulgaria but be able to drive back again, to enjoy the quiet of the village/complex. I’d definitely suggest a hire car to visit Sunny Beach, Nesebar and Burgas etc, just be mindful that many of the roads are not complete or have large holes. Check out BBQ Chuck Wagon and the Crystal Restaurant for dinner!
