Double rooms with shower are very cosy. They feature a double bed or two single beds. They have shower and sink in the room but a shared toilet in the hallway. All have a window opening to a small courtyard inside the building. They offer no view but are quiet. Tourist taxes 5,5€ per person per night are not included in the price and are paid at the time of check in.

The complex is located a few steps from Palmanova beach and has a variety of restaurants, shops and leisure places and tourist attractions. All rooms allow up to 2 adults.

A bright room with a balcony overlooking the Ara River and the old town of Broto. It has two 90 cm beds together, TV, Wi-Fi, its own bathroom and heating. From March to October you can use the common area where we have a TV, sofa, library and various games.

Size between 13 to 20 m² The single room has a bed of 120 meters, private bathroom with shower and kitchen equipped with sink, microwave, fridge-freezer and utensils kitchen. The room also has closet, desk, TV and AC. The rooms are accessible by elevator.
