La casa reformada y re- amueblada, está en una calle tranquila, porton corr automático con mando a distancia, El coche se puede aparcar en el terreno. Piscina de obra de 7x3,5 mt agua, profundidad 1,10 hasta 1,70 mt. (cloro) La piscina está orientada al sur, aunque no se puede garantizar que los vecinos no les vean, la ubicación es bastante privada. Distancia a la playa, 1,7 km en coche. Casa para 4 adultos, posibilidad de 1 cuna de bebé. Tiene 2 baños con ducha, wc y lavabo. Fibra óptica.

LGBTQ friendly, Traditional Alpujarran house of 80 sq m set in paradise garden and orchard of 3000 sq m, located just outside Bubion village, short walk to neighbouring village, Capileira. Ancient mulepaths lead in all directions directly from the house. Perfect location for hiking, riding, cycling or relaxing in pure mountain air. Eagles, bee-eaters, and wild ibex can all be seen from the garden. Legally I can only rent to 3 guests (although there are 2 double beds). WiFi for working.

Amazing Villa at Almadrava beach!! Located in a housing development with tennis court, swimming pool and beautiful common areas. Excellent location 3 minutes walking from Almadrava beach, and 6 minutes from the Town (all services). Private garden and porch. Ground floor with living room (fireplace), kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs you can find four bedrooms (3 of them double rooms) and second bathroom. Master bedroom with large terrace overlooking the pool. And now WIFi available!!
