It is situated in a quiet location on a 6,000 m² plot in the surrounding area of Carovigno. Beaches and restaurants in Santa Sabina, as well as shopping facilities in Carovigno, are within easy reach. Ostuni, the 'White City', is also only about 15 minutes away. Comfort is ensured in every season: gas central heating and a wood-burning stove in winter, and air conditioning in summer.
