The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer, you never get tired of sitting on the balcony and admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... After a few days, you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

Casa Chiara Island of Elba Naregno

The house, completely renovated in 2025, consists of a living room with no blackout blinds, a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. The two bedrooms have large ceiling fans and double beds. The bathroom is fully equipped and has a convenient glass-walled shower. The outdoor pateo has a bioclimatic pergola furnished with table and chairs/lounge chairs Naregno beach, about 250 metres away, can be reached on foot. Ideal to spend days at the beach without having to use the car.

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

Big studio in Porto Azzurro, very close to the village center and to the beaches (10 minutes on foot). It's perfect for a couple or for a family with children. There are two sofa beds and a small outside with a table with chairs, a barbeque and an area for children. You'll also have a private parking area for a car. Very close to the studio, 5/10 minutes on foot, there a pharmacy, an ATM, and a couple of supermarkets

Welcome to our "house on the rock", a tiny and charming apartment of 28 square meters and a terrace overlooking the sea, built in the 1900 (as the whole building) on the terraces, overlooking the harbor of Porto Azzurro.
