Pictures don’t do this house justice. It is a gorgeous private house with a dramatically beautiful driveway entrance. We were worried about heat and mosquitos as we arrived in mid July but were happy that the house stays cool and there were little to no mosquitos. Marco is a responsive and helpful host. The house is very near the beach and all the best of Marina Di Campo. The outdoor shower surrounded by hedges was like a movie set. The bathrooms are clean and both have showers. We hope to return again!

We loved staying at Francesco’s place. It is so close to all the fantastic wineries and restaurants, and such a lovely house and surroundings. Francesco gave us many wonderful recommendations prior to our arrival and we were able to make some bookings. We also enjoyed how quiet it is as it overlooks a vineyard. The living area is wonderful and we were very sorry to leave. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to do a trip to the area.

Great place to stay! Nice beautiful. Rio nel Elba is a nice place and in August the square reachable in two minutes often featured live music and other events every night. Even the neighbors were very friendly.

the house looks good, very spacious and bright. The garden is very large, there is a charcoal barbecue, an outdoor shower and a beautiful terrace with 2 sun loungers and a large table where we have always eaten. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. It would take a small microwave but overall everything is perfect. The lady is very kind and responds immediately. In the convenience store area with a little bit of everything but a little expensive but still around there are many supermarkets at affordable prices. The beaches (the beach with sand but in my opinion chaotic and the other one with sassolini but much more quiet and sheltered) are 6/700 meters away and if you have children it is a nice walk considering bags.. etc but still feasible. All 2 have free beach and equipped with restaurant and bar. I definitely recommend it!

Spacious, tastefully decorated house with lots of storage space for your own belongings. The covered terrace area in the large garden is very usable, even in rainy weather. We were also happy to use the available sun chairs and loungers. The property is at the edge of the place, you don't hear a train and away from tourist crowds. The location is great for easily reaching the beach and surroundings. Fabio is a very nice and helpful host and always responsive. However, you should be aware that you live in the agricultural area - with frogs, goose snakes and rooster crows taking place at all times - and unfortunately also barking of the dog mows as well as mowing/hay processing again and again. If you sleep with the window closed or with Ohropax, you will hardly have any problems at night.

Wonderful apartment in Villa Manuela with all comforts (plenty of space, modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine) and above all, a very large terrace which we enjoyed very much. Early morning with the sound of birds and fine morning coffee overlooking the sea, in the afternoon with a book on the sun lounger and in the evening the sparkling stars and the silver moonlight in the sea. At night, there is also a rooster crowing and dogs howling, which is part of it. Lacona bay with the sandy beach is very nice and the surroundings easy and uncomplicated to explore by car. The island of Elba is very versatile from sandy beach to cliffs, stone beaches and rocks to chestnut forests and the wonderfully fragrant maquis. And of course the uniquely beautiful sea with the dazzling colors, sometimes very quiet and flat, then again with high waves and foaming, wonderful! Very nice villages and towns with rustic character and very nice people, best gelati and pizza. We will be happy to come back!

We spent 19 days as a family in the beautiful house and felt very comfortable. You can hike, bike or simply enjoy the beautiful turnaround from the house. The center of Porto Azzurro can be reached on foot in a cozy 20-minute walk, we almost always walk down in the evening. Maybe not for very small children (stairs, nice knickknacks, etc.) for our kids (9/11) it was great.

The house is a pearl. In the immediate distance to the sea (about 100 m through a park and you are already on the beach) and also the town with the restaurants and shopping is within walking distance (about a 10-minute walk to shopping). The house has a great outdoor kitchen. Bikes for adults and a sup were at your disposal. Glad to come back!

It was a Family Trip for us (kids and adults, in total 10 people) and everyone was super happy with the place! The house is very nice and big in a perfect location. We felt home straight away. Everyone enjoyed the nice pool and we had a lot of nice Family-time e.g. with BBQ or doing our own pizza in the beautiful italian Pizza oven outside. The Communication with Pamela was genial. She helped us a lot with recommandations (Restaurants, delivery service, doctor) and always offered us that we can call her if we have any language barriers (e.g. with the doctor). Thank you for the great time! We can recommend the place for 100%.

When we come back to Italy, we will be reaching out to Carola again and stay at her place. The accommodations we fantastic.

This spacious and stylish house has an unimaginably beautiful location. 3 bedrooms upstairs, one with private and two with shared toilet/bathroom, partly with balcony. 1 room downstairs with private toilet/bathroom and another room with 2 beds with access from the kitchen. We only used this room as a pantry - the kitchen is not particularly large, especially the work surfaces are very small. But it has everything you'll need. Large common rooms, with possibility to fire up the fireplace. Well-functioning gas grill with iron plate outside, two covered seats, two sun decks, rather small pool with great views, laundry room and large forecourt. The driveway is a bit adventurous - I don't know if our sprinter would have mastered the steep dirt road without 4x4. In Magazzini there is an extremely good diving school (Unica Diving) and a good restaurant. Shopping 5 min by car, 15 min to Portoferraio. Very good communication with landlord and Sergio comes immediately!

Staying at the villa with our friends was really nice and relaxing. We enjoyed the greenery, the pool, the barbecue, but above all the incredible view that surrounded the villa. The owners were welcoming and available for any eventuality. We'll definitely be back.

Marta and her husband are true loves. We had a car breakdown and our vehicle remained immobilized on the island. They drove us shopping, brought us back to the boat. They were very helpful with the garage. Very accommodating. Regarding the listing, it is as described. It is pleasant, well-equipped. The view is splendid. Access to the freshwater swimming pool, sea and sea are very easy. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back again.

San Ottaviano is a dream location! What a beautiful place with really kind people. Special thanks to Lorenzo with his great service 🙏 For us traveling with a kid it was perfect with the restaurant and swimming pool close-by. The beer the owner makes was above our expectations. We would definitely come back!

A perfect place for a small or larger family. There's a lot of space in the house that's nice and newly decorated. Air conditioning in all rooms, which we did not use. Only a little in the bedroom. The house hears a family farm where everything around is fit and cared for by the owner. He comes every day and works on the farm and brings the sweet dog Lina with him. We had several where nice conversations and presentation of the farm's animals. Cats, dog, rabbits, chickens and geese as well as showing the beautiful breeding fields with wine and olives. We took several evening walks through the fields and enjoyed the Tuscan idyll. The pool is really nice! The place is highly recommended.

Incredible property, incredible location, incredible host! If you get the chance to stay here we can't recommend it highly enough - the house, gardens and pool are extremely private, immaculate and sit nestled into a slight hillside looking out over the attached olive grove. You can literally sit with bread and oil from the grove while taking in the views, which are spectacular. Easy travel to Castiglione della Pescaia which is a wonderful little town with beaches, boutiques and bagnos. Ten minutes from Le Mortelle winery, who do a perfect lunch. To top it all off Rita the host is an absolute powerhouse who consistently went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Whether that was almost instantly replacing the BBQ Gas, giving local recommendations, organising high chairs and travel cots, or even finding me a masseur the level of attention to detail and commitment to our needs was amongst the best we've ever had, thank you Rita!

Excellent house, aircon in bedrooms. Location is perfect: 5 win walk to the supermarket, 7 min walk to the beach and a tennis club, but it’s off the main road so it’s very quiet. Clean, everything works perfectly. Lots of appliances in the kitchen should you wish to cook. Large garden. Host very flexible and responsive. Overall, perfect stay, we would love to come back again.

The house with the many colors" is a 20-minute walk below the car-free medieval village in the pine forest with fantastic views of the sea. Perfectly remodeled by the owner as an artist with island-typical colors, the villa is stylish and well equipped and fulfills all wishes. In particular, the saltwater pool in front of the large terrace makes it unique. In addition, you will be very nicely received and accompanied by Tina. Highly recommended! Would love to come back.

Beautiful typical Tuscan house. The interior is well appointed. The kitchen is very well equipped, nothing is missing. The whole house was very clean. The outside is also very well laid out. Very nice pool after a day of sightseeing. The place is very quiet, peaceful vacation guaranteed. We are in the heart of nature, expect to meet charming wild boars! For our part, it lacks a covered and sheltered place in case of rain to be able to stay outside. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting Paolo and Inis, but communication was very good. We recommend this house.
