Pictures don’t do this house justice. It is a gorgeous private house with a dramatically beautiful driveway entrance. We were worried about heat and mosquitos as we arrived in mid July but were happy that the house stays cool and there were little to no mosquitos. Marco is a responsive and helpful host. The house is very near the beach and all the best of Marina Di Campo. The outdoor shower surrounded by hedges was like a movie set. The bathrooms are clean and both have showers. We hope to return again!

We loved staying at Francesco’s place. It is so close to all the fantastic wineries and restaurants, and such a lovely house and surroundings. Francesco gave us many wonderful recommendations prior to our arrival and we were able to make some bookings. We also enjoyed how quiet it is as it overlooks a vineyard. The living area is wonderful and we were very sorry to leave. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to do a trip to the area.

Alloggio stupendo! Bello bello bello. Rio nell'Elba e' un bel posto e a ferragosto la piazza raggiungibile in due minuti spesso proponeva musica dal vivo ed altri eventi ogni sera. Pure i vicini sono stati cordialissimi.

la casa si presenta bene, molto spasiziosa e luminosa. il giardino è molto grande,c e un barbecue a carbonella , una doccia esterna e una bellissima terrazza con 2 lettini e un tavolo grande dove noi abbiamo sempre mangiato. la cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario. ci vorrebbe un piccolo microonde ma nel complesso tutto perfetto .la signora è molto gentile e risponde subito. in zona minimarket con un po di tutto ma un po caro ma comunque girando ci sono tanti supermercati a prezzi accessibili. le spiaggie (lacona con sabbia ma a mio avviso caotica e l altra di margidore con sassolini ma molto più tranquilla e riparata) distano 6/700 metri e se avete bambini è una bella camminata considerando borse etc.. ma comunque fattibile. tutte e 2 hanno spiaggia libera e attrezzata con ristorante e bar. lo consiglio sicuramente!

Geräumiges, geschmackvoll eingerichtetet Haus mit vielen Ablageflächen für eigene Sachen. Der überdachte Terrassenplatz im großen Garten ist sehr gut nutzbar, auch bei Regenwetter. Gerne genutzt haben wir auch die vorhandenen Sonnenstühle und -liegen. Das Grundstück liegt am Rande des Ortes, man hört keinen Zug und ist fernab von Touristenströmen. Die Lage ist toll, um Strand und Umgebung gut zu erreichen. Fabio ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und immer ansprechbar. Man sollte sich allerdings bewusst sein, dass man im landwirtschaftlichen Gebiet wohnt - mit zu allen Uhrzeiten stattfindenden Fröschequaken, Gänseschnattern und Hahnenkrähen - und leider auch immer wieder Gebell der Hundemeuten sowie Mäharbeiten/ Heuverarbeitung. Wer bei geschlossenem Fenster oder mit Ohropax schläft wird nachts kaum Probleme haben.

Wunderbare Wohnung in der Villa Manuela mit allem Komfort (viel Platz, moderne Küche mit Abwaschmaschine und Waschmaschine) und vor allem, eine sehr grosse Terrasse welche wir sehr genossen haben. Frühmorgens bei Vogelgezwitscher und feinem Morgenkaffee mit Blick aufs Meer, nachmittags mit einem Buch auf dem Liegestuhl und abends die funkelnden Sterne und das silberne Mondlicht im Meer. Nachts auch mal ein Hahn der kräht und Hunde die heulen, das gehört dazu. Die Bucht Lacona mit dem Sandstrand ist sehr schön und die Umgebung einfach und unkompliziert mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Die Insel Elba sehr vielseitig von Sandstrand über Klippen, Steinstrände und Felsen bis hin zu Kastanienwäldern und die wunderbar duftende Macchia. Und natürlich das einmalig schöne Meer mit den schillernden Farben, mal ganz ruhig und flach, dann wieder mit hohen Wellen und schäumend, wunderbar! Sehr schöne Dörfer und Städtchen mit urchigem Charakter und sehr netten Menschen, besten Gelati und Pizza. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir verbrachten als Familie 19 Tage in dem wunderschönen Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann vom Haus aus wandern, biken oder einfach den schönen Umschwung geniessen. Das Zentrum von Porto Azzurro ist zu Fuss in gemütlichen 20 Minuten erreichbar, wir sind fast immer abends zu Fuss runter spaziert. Vielleicht nichts für ganz kleine Kinder (Treppen, schöne Nippes etc.) für unsere Kids (9/11) war es super.

Das Haus ist eine Perle. In unmittelbarer Distanz zum Meer (ca 100m durch einen Park und schon ist man am Strand) und auch das Städtchen mit den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist zu Fuss erreichbar (ca 10min laufen bis zum Einkaufen). Das Haus hat einen super Aussenküche. Velos für Erwachsene und ein SUP standen zur freien Verfügung. Gerne wieder!

L'immobile corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione e alle foto. L'host è sempre stato pronto nelle risposte e puntuale, oltre che accurato e disponibile. La casa è molto bella e accogliente.

Cesare’s place is cosy and very nice. Cesare was very helpful, even when we had a tire puncture right before departure and risked missing the ferry and the plane! Thank you, Cesare and Manuela

It was a Family Trip for us (kids and adults, in total 10 people) and everyone was super happy with the place! The house is very nice and big in a perfect location. We felt home straight away. Everyone enjoyed the nice pool and we had a lot of nice Family-time e.g. with BBQ or doing our own pizza in the beautiful italian Pizza oven outside. The Communication with Pamela was genial. She helped us a lot with recommandations (Restaurants, delivery service, doctor) and always offered us that we can call her if we have any language barriers (e.g. with the doctor). Thank you for the great time! We can recommend the place for 100%.

Casa molto bella e posizione super... la vista dalla casa e' bellissima, fare colazione ammirando l'Elba non ha eguali. Carola e sua mamma sono state molto disponibili. Da ritornare!!

Dieses grosszügige und stilvolle Haus hat eine unvorstellbar schöne Lage. 3 Schlafzimmer oben, eins mit eigenem und zwei mit geteiltem WC/Bad, teils mit Balkon. 1 Zimmer unten mit eigenem WC/Bad und ein weiteres Zimmer mit 2 Betten mit Zugang aus der Küche. Dieses Zimmer haben wir nur als Vorratsraum benutzt - die Küche ist nich besonders gross, insb. die Arbeitsflächen sind sehr klein. Es hat aber alles, was man braucht. Grosse Aufenthaltsräume, mit Möglichkeit den Kamin einzufeuern. Gut funktionierender Gasgrill mit Eisenplatte aussen, zwei gedeckte Sitzplätze, zwei Sonnendecks, eher kleiner Pool mit herrlicher Aussicht, Waschraum und grosser Vorplatz. Die Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich - ich weiss nicht, ob unser Sprinter ohne 4x4 den steilen Feldweg gemeistert hätte. In Magazzini gibt es eine extrem gute Tauchschule (Unica Diving) und ein gutes Restaurant. Einkauf 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, 15 Minuten bis Portoferraio. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Sergio kommt sofort!

Gli spazi comuni sono davvero enormi, 4 bagni e 6 camere la rende molto comoda per più nuclei famigliari come nel nostro caso, la cucina super attrezzata, cenare con una vista così è impagabile.

Soggiornare nella villa con i nostri amici è stato davvero piacevole e rilassante. Ci siamo goduti il verde, la piscina, il barbecue, ma soprattutto il panorama incredibile che attorniava la villa. I proprietari sono stati accoglienti e disponibili per ogni evenienza. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Marta et son mari sont de véritables amours. Nous avons eu une panne de voiture et notre véhicule est resté immobilisé sur l'île. Ils nous ont conduit faire des courses, nous ont ramené au bateau. Ils ont été d'une aide précieuse avec le garagiste. Très arrangeant. Concernant le logement il est tel que la description a été faite. Il est agréable, bien équipé. La vue est splendide. L'accès à la piscine d'eau douce, de mer et à la mer sont très faciles. Un grand merci pour tout. Nous reviendrons.

San Ottaviano is a dream location! What a beautiful place with really kind people. Special thanks to Lorenzo with his great service 🙏 For us traveling with a kid it was perfect with the restaurant and swimming pool close-by. The beer the owner makes was above our expectations. We would definitely come back!

Et perfekt sted for en lille eller større familie. Der er masser af plads i huset som er flot og nyindrettet. Aircondition i alle rum, hvilket vi dog ikke benyttede. Kun lidt i soveværelset. Huset hører en slægtsgård hvor alt omkring bliver passer og plejet af ejeren. Han kommer selv hver dag og arbejder på gården og har den søde hund Lina med. Vi fik flere hvor hyggelige samtaler og fremvisning af gårdens dyr. Katte, hund, kaniner, høns og gæs samt fremvisning af de smukke avlsmarker med vin og oliven. Vi gik flere aftenture igennem markerne og nød den toscanske idyl. Poolen er virkelig lækker! Stedet kan varmt anbefales.

Incredible property, incredible location, incredible host! If you get the chance to stay here we can't recommend it highly enough - the house, gardens and pool are extremely private, immaculate and sit nestled into a slight hillside looking out over the attached olive grove. You can literally sit with bread and oil from the grove while taking in the views, which are spectacular. Easy travel to Castiglione della Pescaia which is a wonderful little town with beaches, boutiques and bagnos. Ten minutes from Le Mortelle winery, who do a perfect lunch. To top it all off Rita the host is an absolute powerhouse who consistently went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Whether that was almost instantly replacing the BBQ Gas, giving local recommendations, organising high chairs and travel cots, or even finding me a masseur the level of attention to detail and commitment to our needs was amongst the best we've ever had, thank you Rita!

Excellent house, aircon in bedrooms. Location is perfect: 5 win walk to the supermarket, 7 min walk to the beach and a tennis club, but it’s off the main road so it’s very quiet. Clean, everything works perfectly. Lots of appliances in the kitchen should you wish to cook. Large garden. Host very flexible and responsive. Overall, perfect stay, we would love to come back again.

Das Haus mit den vielen Farben» liegt 20 Minuten zu Fuss unterhalb des autofreien mittelalterlichen Dorfes im Pinienwald mit traumhafter Aussicht aufs Meer. Die vom Besitzer als Künstler mit inseltypischen Farben perfekt umgebaute Villa ist stilvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet und erfüllt alle Wünsche. Insbesondere der Salzwasserpool vor der grossen Terrasse macht sie einzigartig. Zudem wird man von Tina sehr nett empfangen und begleitet. Sehr zu empfehlen! Würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Belle maison typique de Toscane. L'intérieur est bien aménagé. La cusine est très bien équipée, rien ne manque. Toute la maison était très propre. L'extérieur est aussi très bien aménagé. Piscine très agréable après une journée d'excursion. L'endroit est très calme, vacances paisibles garanties. Nous sommes en pleine nature, attendez-vous à rencontrer de charmants sangliers ! Pour notre part, il manque un endroit couvert et habrité en cas de pluie pour pouvoir rester à l'extérieur. Nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer Paolo et Inis, mais la communication était très bonne. Nous recommendons cette maison.
