Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Elba Island - Rio Marina - Marina

The property (Anwesen) is located outside the village. From the road you reach in a few minutes walk through the holm oak forest, the simple, functional guest house with a view of the sea. Olives, lemons, oranges, figs, vegetables and herbs grow in the garden. Next door Ayurveda massages can be booked. On foot it is 30 minutes beautiful walk to the village. For smaller trips bicycles are available. - The entire property (Anwesen) is kept smoke free, a few steps outside can be smoked like.

La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

This small studio flat in front of the port of Rio Marina is strategic as a base for visiting the island, if you are a couple or two close friends. A 5-minute walk from the ferry from Piombino, it is also ideal for short stays without a car. Completely renovated in 2021, it has an induction cooker and a washing machine. The apartment is next to an excellent pizza restaurant, whose guests often dine in the small square in front of the flat.
