The apartment is completed in June 2018 . The project wanted to enhance and rediscover all the historical parts of the apartment and give it value. We designed the spaces in order to have 2 separate rooms with their own bathrooms . The house is a movement of spaces , dimensions and materials . The room in the attic, accessible by a spiral staircase , enjoys the view of the port . From the hall the glimpse that crosses the Jewish quarter and captures a corner of the sea . Light is everywhere

CasaDuccio2 modern studio in the heart of the city

The house is located in the heart of the historical center, surrounded by many locals and typical restaurants. From the old walls you can walk to both the beach and the rocks in a few minutes. Within walking distance there are the bus stops for various destinations (airport, beaches, other tourist destinations). You can appreciate the privacy, the location, the comforts, the cleaning. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lonely adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).

Alguerhome Casa Blu view on the sea

La casa gode di una vista spettacolare sui Bastioni e sul golfo di Capocaccia. Situato al 3 piano l'appartamento è luminosissimo, dotato di ogni comfort, con un soggiorno/camera da pranzo con balcone che si affaccia sul mare e uno spazioso un angolo cottura con ripostiglio. Nella zona notte una grande stanza da letto con spaziosi armadi, secondo balconcino e bagno interno che guardano il centro storico. Secondo bagno completo di doccia esterno alla camera. Wi-fi a aria condizionata gratuiti.

Situato in posizione strategica a 40 metri dalla spiaggia del Lido, dalla pista ciclabile a pochi passi dal centro storico. L'alloggio insonorizzato,ideale per 4 persone è composto da camera matrimoniale, cameretta, bagno, soggiorno con divano letto, cucina e ampia terrazza. Hillary's Loft (cod. iun P4138)

Hillary's Loft nasce dalla passione di Ilaria, una giovane Urbanista, che amante dell’architettura decide di fare proprio un piccolo Loft, studiato su due livelli, nel centro storico di Alghero offrendo una vera e propria riproduzione dalla tipica casa Sarda. L’alloggio, sito in uno stabile del 1700, è stato recentemente ristrutturato mantenendo la caratteristica pietra a vista, il tufo, materiale di costruzione originale che esalta la storicità del luogo.

The accommodation is 50 meters from the beach of San Giovanni Lido, a 5-minute walk to the city center. The house has a furnished terrace, where you can sunbathe, have breakfast or an aperitif at sunset, enjoying the beautiful view of the gulf in total relaxation. The kitchenette is equipped to ensure the preparation of simple dishes. The sober environment is aimed exclusively at adults, it will not be possible to accept a reservation with children in tow.
