An 18th century holiday cottage, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have an entire separate house in which there is a common room on the ground floor with a kitchenette, a separate toilet and a bathroom, along with a Finnish sauna made of linden wood and in the attic two bedrooms with a layout, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). Everything in Šumavský Podlesí. You can use the garden and a seating area with barbecue facilities. Guests have full privacy.

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. Welcome to the Waldlerhaus in the Bavarian Forest. The house is a wooden log house from about 1810, which stands in a large garden with many fruit trees. We rent the first floor, whereby otherwise no other parties live in the house. There is a bedroom with two beds, and a bunk bed. The second room has a bed and TV. There is a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. In the area there are very nice small lakes, and the Bavarian Forest Nature Park as well as the city of Passau.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace.
