In the valley you can enjoy the beauty of emerald green Soča gorge and if you're brave enough, you can jump right in. The house is a great starting point for many hiking trips. The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

A wonderful house in the heart of historic Kobarid, offering stunning, comfortable accommodation for 6 people, set over three floors. Luxury modern kitchen, three double bedrooms all with luxury en-suite, wet room, and underfloor heating. We have a charming wood-burning stove in the lounge and plenty of wood to keep you cosy on a chilly winter evening! We also have full central heating via radiators and underfloor heating. Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
