Il chiericciolo è una casa di campagna sulle fantastiche colline umbre vicino a Todi e Perugia. La casa ha una vista a 360 gradi su vigne, noci e boschi. La casa è molto grande e accogliente con un bel camino, inoltre è attrezzata con una cucina per divertirsi a cucinare i prodotti tipici locali. La casa è stata ristrutturata lasciando tutti i muri in pietra, le travi di legno castagno a vista e il cotto originale. Mentre gli impianti di riscaldamento e i bagni sono completamente nuovi. Passare una notte al chiericciolo è un'esperienza unica.

Welcome to Casale Amerina, an idyllic place to rest, rebalance and revitalise. This is a much-loved Umbrian farmhouse, with stylish contemporary interior, set in wonderful Umbrian countryside. There are two bedrooms with king size beds, a comfy sitting room with a balcony, and a gorgeous kitchen-dining room with Tuscan oak beams and a fireplace. Soak up the sun on our grass lawn, relax in the shade of our olive, walnut and fig trees, or explore the local area with its wonderful hilltop towns.

The most typical restaurants, the pharmacy, and the city bank are within easy reach for the guest because they are all located in the square below the apartment. La Dimora di Gilda è una moderna dependance composta da un saloncino con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, una camera da letto (anch'essa matrimoniale) ed un bagno privato. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.
