Anna Rita's place in Assisi is located in a quiet location just a few steps from the bus stop in Piazza Matteotti. It is very easy to walk to shops, restaurants and all the important churches in the area. The apartment is very rustic with stone walls but has everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Anna Rita was always responsive to questions and was flexible about my check in when I arrived on an early train from Perugia. Assisi is a beautiful city to visit and I would definitely stay here again.

Short but very nice stay in Vignanello. Maria Letizia's place is very, very beautiful and we had a lovely evening and morning in it. Communication with Maria Letizia was effective, and self-check in easy.

What a beautiful home full of history and culture in the heart of Terni. We stayed in most nights to explore the many incredible books in Serena’s collection but the town is very walkable from the apartment and there are restaurants and groceries moments away. I hope to stay with Serena, who is such a welcoming and kind host, again soon.

The apartment is cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need! The hosts are of unique kindness and availability and we really appreciated their flexibility in schedules. The area is very quiet and surrounded by olive trees. Highly recommended!!!

the apartment is on two levels, large, equipped with air conditioning. Nearby parking. Convenient area also to reach by car or bus. Definitely recommended

Giulio's house is in a great location, a few minutes walk from the center of Foligno and close to other destinations in the area such as Assisi and Spello. The directions he gave us to arrive were more than accurate. We arrived very early than check-in time and he promptly let us bring the keys to access the apartment. The house is very nice and with a nice terrace, and Giulio also made us find a bed complete with everything for our little child. I highly recommend it!

Roberto’s apartment is lovely but even more important, Roberto is a very gracious host.He picked us up from the train station & his wife MaryJane met us in the apt & showed us around.The view from the apartment is awesome- the historic center with a view of the aqueduct.The apartment is just a short walk to the Piazza lV Novembre and the rest of the historic area. There is a mini metro that you can get in the historic area to get to the train station- we did 2 day trips to Assisi and Spello - both are lovely & worthwhile.We visited several churches in Perugia and toured the Underground and the Etruscan Well - recommend. There is a little sandwich/pizza place a few yards from the apartment that is great.Also we had porchetta sandwiches from the 1916 cart in the historic area- great! Our last day there, we found Mr. Norcy pulled porketta sandwiches - soooooo good. We lucked out on our last day the Eurochocolate Festival was there - yummy! We def recommend Roberto as a host-he is the best

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful home 10 minutes from Orvieto. Even better views than the pictures online. Nothing says Italy more than looking outside and seeing grape vineyards all around. The host, Piero, was very kind and the wine from his estate (available for purchase at the house) was terrific.

We had such a great time with the kids in this beautiful home that we were sorry to leave it. Everything was perfectly equipped. We were impressed by the thoughtful and attentive hospitality towards guests. Thank you so much!

We rented Roberto's place to spend the last days of the year. The apartment is perfect for spending time in a quiet environment, in the company of friends. The environment is comfortable and equipped for every need with very well-kept outdoor spaces. Roberto was helpful and extremely kind. Really a nice place to spend some pleasant time.

Severino welcomed us really well, from the bus stop he took us to the house showing us the necessary and also giving us useful information enriched by historical curiosities. The house was impeccable, we had a great rest!

It is a tidy and cozy accommodation in a peaceful countryside. You can feel the host's sincerity in the house. But it was a little cold. I was satisfied with everything else.

Francesca was an amazing host, taking care of all details to make our stay spectacular! The house is lovely, spotlessly clean and in a perfect area to relax and enjoy the view or explore the beautiful old city of Deruta. We loved eating on the patio and thoroughly enjoyed hot tubbing at the end of long days of touring. I can’t say enough positive things about this stay and Francesca, the host!

I liked everything about this experience: the beauty of the village and its surroundings, the little house in the heart of the village, cozy and functional, the availability and kindness of Maurizio, the friendliness of the inhabitants. Marco's place fully matches the photos. The host was very kind and offered us a flexible check-in that allowed us to finish our laps. The terrace with lake views is very evocative and romantic. My family and I only stayed for 2 days, but we found everything we needed and even more, including a bowl and a mattress for my little dog. Top. The area is quiet, green and well served. Great starting point for Marmore Falls, Narni, Labro , San Gemini and other known destinations. We'll definitely be back . Thanks Marco.

Our stay at Gino's House in Gubbio was a real delight! Daniela and Gino's warm welcome made us feel like longtime friends. The accommodation, nestled in the greenery, was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool, a haven of peace, allowed us to relax after our days of sightseeing. The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. If you are looking for comfort, authenticity, and discovery, look no further!

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

The apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location to see all the best sights in Perugia. The minimetro stops nearby and the best grocery store in town is a very short walk away. The apartment is well equipped for a long stay. We had all the pots and pans we needed to cook our meals during our month long visit. Finally, Christina is a kind a welcoming host! She provided valuable information and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

We stayed a month at Mira’s place. Mira’s place had all the necessities for our stay. I was able to cook some delicious meals in her kitchen. We enjoyed our time in Narni and exploring the greater Umbrian region. Many beautiful hilltop towns and villages to explore here
