A stylish ground floor space of a newly built house, which consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with a 5-minute walking dinstance to town, port, shops and beach. Ideal for quiet and peaceful holidays with a nice view over Skopelos town. If you need more space, it can be conbined with Enastron Guesthouse, our apartment on Airbnb (accommodates 4 guests) that is rented separately.

The studios are ideal for your relaxation. The furniture,the bedding, the matresses are new. There are plenty of paintings with images of Alonissos. It's located 100m from the beach of Rousoum and a little less than 1 km from the port (Patitiri).
