Every morning you can have breakfast in the local bar and soak up the true Italian atmosphere with cappuccino and croissant. (20m from the house) Free parking by the house on the street or nearby in the parking lot.

Newly renovated apartment equipped with every comfort, just a few minutes' walk from the wonderful beaches of Spotorno and the center. Also convenient to the station. There are free parking lots nearby that are not owned by the property. It has a large balcony overlooking the sea where you can dine and a large condominium terrace above that can be used as a solarium. The property is completed by a cellar and an elevator. Paid parking is available below/nearby the house.

It is a large apartment, spread over two levels and opens onto a tree-lined garden composed of "bands", the typical Ligurian stone terraces, in which there is a wonderful infinity pool that can only be used in the summer months. The garden and pool are for the exclusive use of guests.
