Every morning you can have breakfast in the local bar and soak up the true Italian atmosphere with cappuccino and croissant. It has a large balcony overlooking the sea where you can dine and a large condominium terrace above that can be used as a solarium. The property is completed by a cellar and an elevator. Paid parking is available below/nearby the house.

On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the small private garden.
