Monthly Rentals in Spring Bay

Our family enjoys staying at this property. We feel safe, and have enough living space and bedrooms to make ourselves at home and relax. Amie has stocked the home with everything we need. We enjoy cooking meals and appreciate the large dining table as well as the cookware and pantry items available. Having an ice maker is a big plus! I really appreciated the little details and items she provided to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. While traveling for a short stay I couldn't pack the whole house... having quick access to a band-aid sure was handy. thank you!

Ive stayed at a few of Josephs places now and this one was just as great. Beautiful space, super responsive host, will always stay at his spots if they are open. 10/10

I cannot say enough great things about Cherity’s little animal sanctuary. I’m pretty sure it’s as close to heaven on Earth as you can get (especially in Illinois 😆). The cottage was adorable and decorated beautifully. Great vibes all around. I would recommend this amazing experience to anyone who is looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful surroundings and adorable animals ♥️ We brought our 2 year old and 10 month old with us so it’s definitely kid friendly. Cherity, thank you so much for all you do to make Secondhand Hearts the amazing place that it is! We can’t wait to stay again!

We loved staying at the cottage, we stayed just one night and it was perfect for us . first time i’ve been to a bnb that had cold water bottles in the fridge when we arrived! that was relieving as a mom to a small toddler i didn’t have to make a special trip to get her a water before our trip to the Peoria Zoo before heading back home. so thoughtful to leave a plant for us too, i would definitely recommend to anyone needing a quiet, cute place to stay in peoria.
