Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

You instantly feel “at home” at the blackshack. Please Note: Our very last booking weekend will be the 5th June 2026 to allow us to prepare for the sale of our Airbnb/home. Once known as Millingtons House, Sunways is a light-filled 1925 home just steps from the river and a short stroll to the ocean beach. With two spacious queen bedrooms, a fresh bathroom featuring Salus botanicals, and a sunroom made for lazy afternoons, it’s a place to slow down. On arrival, enjoy Bellebonne sparkling rosé and Kenyak chocolates before unwinding into the rhythm of sea air and old-world charm. Pet-friendly stay — max 2 dogs welcome.

Spring Beach Cottage

Private cottage 100 metres from the white sand of Spring Beach, on a large block in a bush setting with beautiful views of the beach, Maria Island and the Triabunna lighthouse. Birds are in abundance and there is also a resident echidna. There is a surcharge of $30 for one night only bookings. ALL PROFITS ARE DONATED TO CHARITY (tariffs less out of pocket expenses, see receipts in visitors' book)
