A QUIET, cozy duplex located in a golf community minutes from the mall, Knights Action Park, UIS, Scheels, State Fairgrounds, hospital facilities, and downtown Springfield Lincoln attractions. Our home has vaulted ceilings and a great room concept, complete with gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and brand new queen size beds in every room. It is safe and VERY quiet here. Enjoy our covered patio and private hot tub as you settle into the the Nest at Bogey Hills. Not intended for parties.

Spacious Two Bedroom Apartment Near the Capitol.

The apartment is centrally located and allows easy access to everything Springfield has to offer. Two large bedrooms with queen beds and a large living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. We can easily accommodate six guests with a queen-sized air mattress. We also have a pack-n-play available for little guests. Wi-Fi, smart TV, off-street parking and a front porch with Edison lights & a porch swing. We are confident you will enjoy your stay. * NO PARTIES ALLOWED *

This home is on a very private and quiet lane across the street from Washington Park. Your front yard is Pasfield Park Golf Course in a unique country setting only five minutes from downtown and the State Capitol. Please note that due to the Coronavirus Pandemic we do not currently allow unauthorized invite parties or gatherings of non-registered guests of any sort. This rule is not meant to preclude HOST pre-authorized visitors such as family and friends.

Historic home attic converted to a private 3rd floor apartment, featuring private kitchen and bathroom. Located just two blocks from what many would agree is the best park in Springfield, with a pond, a botanical garden, tennis courts, a playground, and nice roads to run, walk, bike, or skate on. We are also very close to downtown as well as other commercial areas. This space is on the 3rd floor with private access from outdoor stairs and keypad entry.
