Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Springwater

Very spacious, we were four people with a dog and it felt like a very big space. The hot tub in the main bedroom is a great addition to a cold winter night.

Anzhelika was a great host. She was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Her place was very nice and convenient for us as we were going to a show at Casino Rama. Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool.

Our stay at Tuan’s place was as expected! It was great having so many things to do all in one place. The hot tub and pool table were a huge hit for our group! Tuan and his family were very responsive, which made our check in and check out very easy. The only constructive feedback is the basement could be cleaned more thoroughly, and information on the shuttle bus would have been helpful. We ended up walking to the village for dinner on Saturday night, which was about a 20 minute walk. Overall, Happy Home was the perfect place to stay for our friend’s getaway weekend!

We had a lovely stay, everything was great. Kitchen was well equipped. Only issue is that there were no towels at all. Which was communicated but we were expecting at least a kitchen rag or hand towels in the washroom.

Such a great place to stay after skiing at Blue Mountain! Definitely recommend.

We had an incredible stay at Mila’s place. Our group of 12 fit very comfortably. We appreciated all the space, the cleanliness and the well stocked kitchen. Mila also went above and beyond to return an item we left behind. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. We booked it for a small get-together with our friends. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. Jerry made sure everything was set up to make our stay comfortable. Although the pool wasn’t open during our visit, it’s definitely something we’re looking forward to next time. Very clean and just as advertised. The instructions for how to find and check in to the location were clear. Information was also provided for what to do and where to eat in the area, which was much appreciated!

Excellent place to stay for the night, very well priced, easy to find and was very clean and clutter free. Had easy access to internet and tv without issues. Wendy was very responsive and accommodating.

I stayed here for my son’s competition that was in town. It was far less than a hotel and offered more comfort. Large tv to watch the hockey games at night and full kitchen and living area. The location is super easy to get to off of the Hwy and is in a great neighbourhood. It was nice out so it was a real easy walk to the waterfront to stroll the main streets and we ate at a cool Italian spot. If I ever go back to Barrie, I’ll stay here again for sure.

Everything was really good. There were lot of amenities in the place. If anyone is looking for neat and clean place to stay, i would recommend this place. Moreover, there is jacuzzi in there as well.

We loved our stay at this location. It was clean and a beautiful spot conveniently located close to the village. The space was cozy and inviting. The only challenge was how far the hot tub was to our room, we had the impression it was close, therefore we didn’t end up using it. Otherwise everything else was great and we would go back again!

Nicholas was quick to respond to any questions we had, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. The house itself was immaculate and well-maintained, with clear instructions regarding the house rules that made settling in a breeze. We truly appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring everything was in order for our stay. One small suggestion would be to have some extra salt on hand for the stairs leading to the unit. While they were already salted, having a bit more available would be helpful for those snowy days. Overall, we had a wonderful time and are grateful to Nicholas for hosting us. Firstly, this home was the nicest vacation home my family and I have EVER stayed at. It was very spacious, luxurious finishes throughout , it fit my family of 7 very well. The rooms are all good sizes. There are 4 rooms with beds in them, an office on the main floor that we put a crib in for the baby and an additional room in the basement which could be used as a bedroom if you bring a blowup mattress. The backyard is huge, the playground set was a great treat for my kids, however the hot tub did not seem like it was operable. Mina our host was absolutely AMAZING! Her response time to any of our enquires was very prompt, she made sure we truly enjoyed our stay. We would have loved if the home had blackout curtains as the rooms get quite bright in the morning when the sun comes up, but it wasn't the end of the world. All in all, it was an AMAZING STAY! Definitely recommended!!

This house was close to Blue Mountain and an easy drive to nearby amenities. It’s nice and clean and is exactly as pictured.

Roomy, bright and peaceful bed and breakfast nestled in a wooded and peaceful “mountainside” provincial park. Warm and welcoming hosts who have a deep appreciation for the local area. Lovely handmade breakfast and hand crafted coffee, outdoor hot tub, lovely views with plentiful and beautiful spaces to relax and hang out. Your light and artistic space coupled with your warm hospitality totally re-energized us and was the perfect spot for our late winter ski-escape!
