Delux holiday home with swimming pool, situated on a hilly terrain in the small place Kucine, 5 minutes from Split, has a panoramic view on the sea and the area. The plot is hidden from views and has its own access road leading to the automated gate. The house comprises three storeys with 2 spacious terraces. There are 3 outdoor dining spaces and one of them is on third spacious terrace that is connected with bocce field. On the ground floor there is a large living room, ideal for socializing.

Newly built Villa (6+2 pearson) in Podstrana/Split, with swimming pool, fully equipped,air conditioned,BBQ, with great, patio-garden, perfect for families with children, with trampoline and swing for children. 120 meters from the beach-easy walk. In my family house I rent just this apartment.We organize the transportation of guests from the airport to the apartment and back, as well as excursions according to the wishes of the guests.There is also an extra bed for 2 guests in the living room.

Upstairs there is another kitchen and living room as well as another four bedrooms, two of which are with sea-view and there are another 3 bathrooms, one of which includes a massage tub.

You dont need car or taxi because everything is at walkable distance Most of my guests are here for short stay 1-3 days (traveling from airoprt to islands or other way because location is ideal)
