This small but comfortable home has amenities galore, is nestled on a double lot just 2 blocks from the river & 1 block away from a popular biking/walking trail. Sleeps 5 people comfortably. Unpaved driveway with ample parking for 2 vehicles.

Our cozy cottage on the banks of the Willow River is ideally situated for enjoying the Willow River State Park experience while enjoying the comforts of home. Willow Falls is a short walk, and the main entrance is one mile from the front door. The cottage has a unique walk-in shower, luxurious tub, and full kitchen for your own use. This cozy home was remodeled specifically to host travelers. Every effort has been made to provide the amenities people seek while away from home. South Hill home less than a mile walk to downtown (0.8 miles). A short walk to South Hill stairs with unforgettable scenic overlook of St. Croix River. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, originally built in 1890 and remodeled in 2004. Modern updates with character of an old house. We happily accept well-trained dogs in our home. There is an apartment above the detached garage where the owners live in the off-season (Fall through Spring).
