Just over the dune line road from quiet east end beaches. Great fishing and uncrowded relaxing . Excellent for families or couples (4 person maximum) with private spaces indoor and out. Two master bedrooms with kings and pillow tops. Second floor cottage recently remodeled and decorated. Shared pool and gulf views from front room and master. Front Deck. Large furnished screened porch. You will be hard pressed to find a better spot for your vacation dollars. Beach wagon, umbrella and chairs.

Our cozy cottage is only two blocks from the Apalachicola Bay and two miles from downtown Apalachicola for shopping and restaurants. We are centrally located between St George Island and CSB just a short drive from fishing and sightseeing adventures. There is a $100.00 dog fee with a two dogs max (no cats.)

Point Break- Take a break at the Point

Nested 2 blocks from Apalachicola Bay, 10 minutes from the Apalachicola River and 10 minutes from St George island, our cozy cottage is a new build that has all of the comforts of home. Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

The house is equipped with 4 smart tv's for seamless downloads on Netflix or easy listening on Pandora! A fish cleaning station is conveniently located beneath the house for your bountiful fishing from the beach. If swimming in the surf and catching rays on the beach is more your style then wash off in the outdoor shower located beneath the house.
