Penmarestee Cottage is a beautifully presented annexe situated on the outskirts of the picturesque Cornish harbour town of Falmouth. The accommodation offers an ideal hub from which to explore Falmouth and the surrounding areas, having your car with you would be helpful for your travelling, there is the use of a private driveway, or a bus stop is nearby. If your not driving you would be within 35 minutes easy walk of Falmouth town centre, as well as several local beaches and coastal walks.

Mariners Mirror is situated on the water’s edge with access from the private terrace into the sea! It is perfect for those who love wild swimming and paddle boarding, as well as those wishing to stay on terra firma and watch the world go by. It is a 2 minute climb up the stone steps, through the iconic Barracks Ope and out onto the Old High Street (or 4 minutes if you want to avoid the steps!). Tucked away in a tranquil corner of the Owners' grounds, Hope’s Cabin, a stunning retreat to return to at the end of a day exploring the Lizard peninsula in Cornwall. Soak away aches in the gorgeous copper bath or relax in front of the log burner. Enjoy ‘al fresco’ dining on the deck or wrap up in a rug when the temperature drops. Sun lovers will appreciate sunshine for most of the day. Well equipped kitchen cleverly chosen to maximise space. King size bed, inside loo & outside shower.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
