Vacation in the old mill

The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family home settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 square meters) with old wooden beams there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, living area with sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a pond. There is a children's playground directly across the street. Guest Wi-Fi available!

Umrahmt wird das - von euch komplett nutzbare - 1600qm große Grundstück von altem Baumbestand, Wildwuchs und sehr viel Freifläche zum Spielen, Zelten oder Feiern. Unser reetgedeckter, 200 Jahre alter Resthof liegt idyllisch zwischen dem ca. 500 m entfernten Nordseedeich und dem kleinen Ort Seefeld unmittelbar vor der Halbinsel Butjadingen. Wir sind stolz auf eine besonders familiäre Atmosphäre, die wir hier Jahr für Jahr mit unseren Gästen genießen. Im Dorf wartet eine alte Galerie - Holländermühle mit monatlichem Landfrauenmarkt auf Euch. Ein abwechslungsreiches Freizeitangebot für Jedermann bieten Butjadingen, Oldenburg, Bremerhaven und Wilhelmshaven.

Beautiful double or single room with shower/toilet, Wi-Fi and TV in an apartment building in the North Sea resort of Wremen. With a large guest garden, free parking and a bicycle garage that is locked overnight. Central but quiet location in the historic center. Supermarket, ice cream parlors, restaurants and a bakery with breakfast are a few minutes' walk away. The green beach on the North Sea with an idyllic cutter harbor and the Weser bike path are about 1 km away.

I am happy to pass on my cottage to people passing through or vacationers. It is centrally located in the village near the dyke. Shopping is within walking distance. Linens and towels included 3 bicycles (adult) + 1 children's 20-inch can be booked by arrangement for a small fee. E-bike on request as well. Public transportation is within easy reach. The garden in southwest location offers a garden house, seating, lounger and a relaxing hanging swing

Enjoy the view of cow pastures and watch cows, rabbits or pheasants. The Watterlebnis Sehestedt is right behind the dike. Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).

The staircase leads to the gallery, where there is a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom has a spacious box-spring bed and the directly adjacent bathroom.
