We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

The guest house is surrounded by a lovely garden where you can relax from the big city bustle, enjoy the greenery, socialize or just listen to birdsong. There is access to WiFi, laundry room and proximity to most things you may need. Cozy, newly-renovated guest house with sleeping loft. Open floor plan with cooking facilities and patio. Two single beds in the sleeping loft. There are two extra beds, one of which can be a double mattress on the floor in the living room. There is a refrigerator for food and beverages. Coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave and two hotplates allow you to cook your own meals. Pets are also welcome and many of our guests bring dogs, cats and even rabbits. There are nice walking paths in the surrounding area.

Welcome to us in the middle of picturesque Limhamn, a quiet area right by the sea. There are lots of restaurants, cafés and grocery stores. Buses run frequently and take you everywhere in under 15 minutes. The guest house has everything you need for your stay, a 32-inch TV with Chromecast, fast Wi-Fi, kitchenette, shower and bathroom. Malmö is a perfect city for cycling and we have two bikes you can borrow to explore the city. If you come by car, there is street parking outside. Welcome to our home!

Accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen city center takes 28 minutes by train.

The bus stop to Malmö is a ten-minute walk away and the bus ride to central Malmö takes about 15 minutes. Lomma's nice beach is 13 km away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
