Welcome to The Tacklebox. This cabin has all you need for a perfect getaway on a relaxed working farm. Perfect for a party of three or a nice romantic stay. The cabin is rustic with all the amenities you’ll need! The farm is a 125 acres with 3 stocked ponds. Bring a fishing rod and try your luck at catch and release fishing. You will have the opportunity to see many animals on the farm including dogs. Your dogs are welcome too for an additional fee. We also have horseback riding for a fee.

The Loblolly Pine Room

This is a one bedroom (King Bed and a single pull out) one bath space with a separate game/entertainment room with a pool table. It has a small coffee/snack bar area. This space is connected to the owner’s home and has a separate outside entrance. You have access to a fishing pond, fire pit and the future Catawba Bend Nature Preserve, walking trails/mountain bike trails nearby. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. No smoking facility. Close to shopping and restaurants.

The Country Cottage

Our cottage offers a country setting with all the comforts of home. Open floor plan, well equipped Kit. and full laundry room. Primary room with queen bed & private bath. Twin beds in the 2nd BR, 2nd full bath is off the hall. Relax on the porch or grill on the deck with firepit yard. WIFI access. Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Country setting, but close enough to a lot of activities. Close to Charlotte and Charlotte motor Speedway. Wineries, PNC pavilion. Great Wolf Lodge and Concord mills. Enjoy visiting the goats and chickens. They love animal crackers and you’ll find some by the gate to give them. We are earth friendly using plant based cleaning products. We have waterless dry toilet. We are a working farm and offer farm fresh eggs when available.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape while still in the CITY! If you are looking for a country feel and a lot of active opportunities while still being in the CITY this is the place for you. We are walking (or biking) distance from Veteran's Park offering tennis, hiking trails, sand volleyball, soccer and a wonderful playground for the kids. You can also fish on the property (catch and release), firepit/ grill out, ax throwing, corn hole and kayak or canoe on the pond!

ROYAL GOOSE 1- bedroom treehouse.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.
