Our quaint stone cottage is nestled in the historic village of Lanchester. From the property, you can walk to the local shops, dog friendly bars, and restaurants and discover a network of pretty walking and cycling routes for all the family. The village is an ideal place to stay in County Durham with Durham City only a 15 minute drive and Newcastle a 30 minute drive where you will discover stunning architecture, shopping centres and restaurants galore. Beautiful little luxury cottage for two in Durham
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the beautiful little hamlet. Cottage has got everything you need and king size bed is the most comfiest you would find anywhere. We got a lot of walking and cycle routes right next tonthe cottage. Newcastle City and Durham City is about 15 minutes from the property. Local shop and pub is on the walking distance along with some lovely restaurants not more then 5 minutes drive away. Contractors and long discounts available

The Annexe on High Woodside Farm is an ideal location for couples or families who want to visit the North East of England It is a 15 minute drive to Durham and a 30 minute drive to Newcastle and Sunderland a 40 minute drive. The Annexe has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge on the ground floor with a bathroom, consisting of toilet, sink and shower and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. It is very light and modern and has a small courtyard.
