Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Stanly County

My family of 5 stayed here for a long weekend. The rooms are really big and there is plenty of room. The neighborhood is extremely quiet! It is very well decorated and in great shape. We have friends that have a house on the lake and they were very impressed with the amount of space. I didn't have to look far for my wife, because I knew she was on the screened in porch! Our kids wanted us to sell our house and buy this one! Town is close enough for everything you need! 10 out of 10 would recommend! Jessica was very responsive via text message! Great Host!

The house is brand new, and everything was spotlessly clean. It is essentially two living spaces with full kitchen and entertainment both on the main level and downstairs. All the beds were comfortable, the master suites were very nice, and the bunk rooms were very functional. There is a Blackstone grill on the upper deck and a Weber gas grill on the pool deck. The pellet ice maker was also a pleasant surprise. Tim was super-easy to work with, and very accommodating. If I were trying to come up with three adjectives to describe this place, they would be “gorgeous, upgraded, and spotless.” If we’re in town again the same time next year, we will be hoping it is available again.

We had a fun time and wished we could stay longer. Greg’s home is really clean and has fun games and a well-stocked kitchen. We would love to come again.

We used the place for a songwriting retreat. The wide open living spaces are great for group activities. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals for my team. It was me and 8 ladies from my worship team. The only complaint they gave me was that it was hard for 6 people to share 1 bathroom, but they all really enjoyed the stay.

This place was perfect for my family. We had a great time. The only thing we hated was the steap drive way. It’s not made for older people to get down. The house was beautiful and great view of the lake. Kids enjoyed the dock and playing in the water. Really nice dock and lots of room.

Debbie’s place was perfect for our family trip. Everything that was needed for the house was provided and then some! Check-in & check out was easy. Very quiet & peaceful with a great view. I would recommend this house 10/10.

We rented the lake house so my family and I can spend the holidays and my dad's 87th birthday together. We all had a great time! The place was really nice and the house is really spacious.

Rebecca and Ben are the most caring hosts! This place is seriously moneys worth, and won’t surprise you with a beautiful view. I genuinely wish I could have stayed longer it felt like I was just at home. I rate everything a 5/5. Beautiful kitchen, beautiful rooms, etc. Definitely booking again soon!

A 5 star stay! Everything went so great, including arriving well after dark but the instructions were great and the motion lighting worked perfectly. The place is cute, clean and so comfortable. My wife especially raved about the linens, the towels and the washcloths - some of the fluffiest ever. Jodi is great, both with communication and setting up a unique space filled with her pottery. We only saw Jodi briefly, as we were very busy with family Easter activities. But she seems very friendly and helpful. We visit our grandkids in Charlotte often, and will definitely be back to stay with Jodi.

We rented this Airbnb for family visiting during the holidays, and they absolutely loved it! The unit was incredibly comfortable, quiet, and spacious, offering everything they needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—convenient and welcoming!

Jane was wonderful to communicate with. Our stay was amazing, and she was very accommodating to our needs or requests even prior to booking. She had everything you need, plenty of sleep space, and CLEAN! If you need a nice peaceful weekend getaway, dont hesitate to book!

Terrell was an awesome host! He is very kind, responsive and helpful. His place was beautiful and is a great option for individuals or small groups of 2 or 3 who are attending events in the local Charlotte area. I definitely recommend booking with him!

Jose’s place was absolutely wonderful. Felt so cozy and right at home. Super clean and great location. The courtyard was such a plus to have such a beautiful cozy area to relax outside. Will definitely void with Jose again.

Absolutely AMAZING! We loved this place! The city views are breathtaking! The entire condo was clean and definitely gives off a home feel. I will for sure be booking this spot if I’m ever staying in Charlotte for a couple nights. Worth every penny! Host was also very nice, very friendly! Responses quickly and accommodates any needs! You can’t ask for a better stay in my opinion… 🤗

Perfect Airbnb, location was only 10 minutes from downtown. Apartment was clean and spacious and host was very responsive

This is our second stay at the lovely little cabin on the lake. Hosts are helpful and friendly but most importantly they make you feel at home. Great place to relax, unwind and unplug. We enjoyed kayaking and lounging on the dock. We will be back.

This cabin is INCREDIBLE!! The photos do not do it justice! There is so much to do around the farm you don’t even have to leave the cabin! We got taken around the farm and Nathan was so knowledgeable and easy to talk too plus we got some NY strips which were lovely!! We will be looking to come back in the future for sure!

I had an issue at check in and Carolyn was delightful and extremely responsive in helping me get it resolved. We accidentally left some important items and she also helped us get them shipped back to us. On top of how beautiful the lake and the property is, it was a wonderful stay!

this COMPOUND was better than pics give credit. it’s a lot of space with a lot of privacy, great combination. very spacious, great bathrooms. excellent communication with host made it easy. highly recommended

Peaceful location just minutes from hiking trailheads. We enjoyed the firepit, listening to the birds, the cozy bed, and the fantastic outdoor shower. We hope to return sometime.

Great private stay in a beautiful woodland setting. Peaceful and exactly what I needed! Lots of books too which was a nice plus. Will absolutely stay here again next time in asheboro! It was close to the zoo too, less than 15 minutes.
