This house has all new furniture, including a brand new sofa sectional sleeper sofa, comfortable brand new tuft and needle mattresses in all 4 bedrooms, and smart TVs. If you need to do laundry, you’ll appreciate the LG front loading washer and dryer (and detergent) in the laundry room. Our home is perfect for outdoor entertaining. With a beautiful backyard, you’ll enjoy the large swimming pool, chaise lounge chairs, a new grill, outdoor couch, umbrella, and an outdoor dining table and benches. There is a two car garage available for you to park your car or rental. Grab a new JUMP bike by UBER for nearby trails or take for a quick ride to a spring training game.
