Monthly Rentals in Stanza Mare Pool

If I could I would give it an 11 out of 10. I will start looking for a similar place to rent long term

Spacious 1 BR condo as described in listing. Clean on arrival with cleaning supplies available. Wifi great, hot water supply also very good. The pool in this complex is fantastic with lots of loungers and is well maintained. Kitchen could use some extra amenities however we managed to cook without much issue. Restaurants and beach are a short walk away and we felt safe doing so. We would definitely recommend staying here. Only downside is the electricity is very expensive! We paid $300usd deposit. Once home and electricity calculated, we were refunded as only had fans on in the day and air conditioning in bedroom at night.

Excellent quality/price ratio. Location is great for restaurants and shops. There is a restaurant-snack on-site with good selection at a good price. We slept very well. The resident crowd is very quiet. The bed is also very comfortable. The private beach and lots of beach palapas are great assets as no matter what time you arrive at the beach, there is always one available. The photos posted reflect the apartment. Our host Ludovino was very responsive when needed and is also very friendly. Overall a very nice stay.
