Helen is a magnificent host and communicaiton has been excellent. The property is true to the description, clean tidy and presented well. She has been helpful throughout the duration of our customer stay. I will definitely be using her service again. 5 stars all round.. Thank you Helen.

Great place to stay while we worked locally, would definitely stay again

11 night stay in Tracey's annex, and it was perfect for our stay. Easy drive to Trent Bridge for Cricket games, purpose of our visit. Loved the annex, comfortable and cosy, very clean, so well thought out to use space, everything we needed to make our own meals, and even provided cereals, bread butter , jams ,milk for breakfast, thankyou !! Shower room lovely, and super shower space. Able to control temperature for comfort. Lovely well tended garden, and adequate parking space. Very near to tram station, and supermarket, so all in all a great place to stay !! Tracey was very helpful, and responded to all messages in double quick time !! Looking forward to our future bookings.

I came to Nottingham to visit a friend. The studio was perfect. It looked exactly like the pictures, the amenities listed were correct and the size was ideal for myself. It was exactly what I was looking for. The bed was extremely comfortable and the duvet was thick. The instructions provided by Fernando and Patricia were clear and concise. They also communicated well and answered any questions that I had. Also, as it was self check-in and check-out, this added to the flexible nature of my stay. I would definitely book again! Thank you for a lovely break!
