Outstanding host! We enjoyed two wonderful nights here and we couldn't ask for more. Katja was very friendly and helpful and her place was nice, clean and quiet. We enjoyed the location very much. We highly recommend this place and would absolutely love to visit again!

My wife, daughter and I were lucky enough to stay at Cecilija’s house at Lake Bohinj for 7 nights in October 2024. The house is exactly as advertised: a beautiful, spacious and comfortable traditional Slovenian mountain cottage; located near a medieval church and within easy walking distance of the lake, hiking trails, and centre of the village. There are magnificent village and mountain views from the house and the apple tree outside the front door drops delicious fruit every morning. The space was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Cecilija is a warm and gracious host. On arrival she took the time to clearly advise of local activities, restaurants and services. Cecilija was very helpful throughout our stay, and attentive to our needs without ever intruding. Thank you Cecilija for a wonderful stay in the beautiful Julian Alps!

Very nice place to stay in a beautiful setting.

Matijaz was very helpful and accommodating. A very pleasant conversation with a Host who recommended local experiences. We arrived in the evening - not a problem. We parked in front of the house. The place as described - we traveled around Slovenia, walked a lot, and it was the perfect place to stay for a night and go to Mostnice and eat. Bohinji. Great!
