Holiday rentals with beach access in Stari Grad

I cannot say enough good things about this apartment! Margita was such a lovely host and she has such a beautiful space. The apartment is spacious with a super cozy bed and tons of bright windows. The location is incredible, just a short walk to the port, beach, and restaurants. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and washer, as well as the garage parking spot. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Hvar!

Lukas and his father has a great place located just by the amazing walk to Zlatni Rat from Bol City. Perfect if you would like to mix beaches with evening dinners in town and/or boat/car excursions. The house was spotless, felt just renovated, and exactly like in the pictures. We will defintely try to come back! Great hosting from Luka and his Father as well!

We had an excellent stay! Beautiful unobstructed sunset views, and convenient location for going to the beach during the day if you won’t mind a short 15 minute walk into town for dinner. Conveniently located near a small grocery store and nice restaurant for a sunset dinner. Have multiple friends who are thinking of visiting Hvar soon and will certainly recommend!

Stayed for 4 days in this great apartment. Amazing views over the sea, big terrace with sunbeds. Short 15min walk to main square and about the same to beach but lots of close swimming spots too. Martina let us leave our bags when our ferry arrived prior to check in which was very much appreciated. There was a bit of a language barrier with Martina speaking German but she was lovely. A great find in Hvar

Had a delightful stay in Hvar. Both Palva and Nika were incredibly accommodating and lovely hosts. They made me feel at home and were super helpful. The accommodation was lovely. The air conditioning and absolute essential! Perfect for a short stay in an incredible place. Thank-you!

very comfortable stay, short walk from the front with restaurants and shops. her parents were helpful showing us how the hob worked and provided vegetables from their garden.

We had the most wonderful days in Villa Agave - what an extraordinary and calm place! It is really impressing to have a beautiful beach with cristal clear water so close, and although the water was of course a bit chilly in October we swam a lot. The shallow Milna bay is perfect as well with kids as also for swimmers. Zaglav beach also is wonderful and only a 15 minutes walk around the corner. Andrea and Matija were always quick with answers and helped us a lot with good recommendations and tipps. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

A beautiful apartment with fantastic sea views. Peaceful, very comfortable and a short flat 20 minute walk into central Hvar. Ante and his family were lovely, so helpful and gave great recommendations. We would definitely stay again - close enough to enjoy the town but far enough away to avoid the noise and hustle. Perfect!

A wonderful host and a great place to stay!!

The fisherman's house is magical facing the sea, it allows a real disconnection. We would have stayed a few more days... Warning: difficult access on a stony road for 2 km and a neighbor on the left, nothing disturbing but not specified in the listing.

we spent wonderful days at oxaland. it is an enchanting place and everything was just perfect, there is nothing we missed. oxa and her husband are wonderful people who do everything for the good of their guests. we can only recommend this magical place, the danger is - that we will come again! thank you oxa for everything!!! 100% top!! oliver and family

Our family had the most wonderful time at Darija's place. If you enjoy dipping into crystal clear water right at your doorstep, want to unwind and relax, you will love it there. Stomorska is a charming small village on Solta, less than an hour by ferry from Split. All the people are lovely and helpful. We spent most of our time with long swims, late lunches and aperitifs on our own terrace with a view, ice cream or dinner nearby. Don't miss to do a boat trip around the island. Darija was super responsive and welcoming, and her parents Dado and Jadranka treated us to a fantastic BBQ. All in all: perfect. Thank you!!

Great place to stay in Hvar for this price. Everything was as described in the offer. Great view from the balcony. Near few very beautiful places to swim.

Juraj's place was as described, located very close to city center, well equipped, has nice balcony view and is great value for money. he and his family are very nice people always ready to help around, Juraj was very responsive in communication and very helpful.

We spent three fantastic days on Hvar. Frane was a fantastic host. He messaged us a couple of days before arrival and offered to help us with luggage from the ferry. This was appreciated as it is a few minutes climb up steps to the apartment which has a tremendous view. It's only 5 or 6 minutes from the promenade and nearest beach but is in a peaceful area. The apartment is extremely nice. Kitchen had just been refurbished and is fully equipped for self catering. The living room seemed larger than shown in the photo. The balcony view is incredible and is south facing so has the sun almost all day. Frane gave us some helpful information as we arrived and was responsive when we had any question but otherwise left us alone. But on departure day he again helped us with luggage. All in all perfect accommodation with an excellent host.

We had an extremely nice stay and felt welcome the first minute with plenty of hints and a warm welcome! Everything is there and more than enough space available. Very clean & well organized! Also loved the outdoor shower to wash off salt water before going back to the balcony & apartment. Thank you for this!

We spent a week at this beautiful lower level condo. Had a great view and walkable to town of Hvar and the beach. We did have a car so we did explore other beaches throughout the Island. We loved the fast food restaurant right next door and the shaded parking.

Do not hesitate to book this place! Maja was awesome when it came to checking in and out, the place itself was gorgeous and extremely clean! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was not only beautiful but had perfect water pressure! The house is a 20min walk from the center and the views are so amazing the walk feels much less! As for the views, they are to die for! You also have access to the water right in front of the house. We loved this space and will 100% be booking again if we ever come back.

The cottage was very nice, well cleaned and very nicely decorated. It immediately felt like home. We had a large terrace where you got spectacular sunrise in the morning,it was good to spend the afternoon and evening when it got too hot on the beach. The garden is beautifully maintained and is full of flowers that attracts very beautiful butterflies. The Jacuzzi was also great with views of the sea and in the evening you can BbQ ‘n with a nice terrace , sea view. A washing machine is also available. We enjoyed the tranquility, the great panorama and the clear sea for 5 days. Thank you for the very nice holiday, the tranquility in the beautiful cottage. We will definitely be back. We really enjoyed our time at Marco’s apartment. The view was beautiful from the balcony with stunning sunsets over the water. The amenities were clean and working which allowed us to spend our 3 nights as though we were at home. The walk to the main part of town is easy but there are also supermarkets and restaurants much closer for when you don’t want to walk. We would recommend staying here.

Ana-Maria's place is perfect for a stay in beautiful Bol. Lovely location, not far from the centre, everything is perfectly described with the accommodation and spotlessly clean. I would recommend this lovely apartment to anyone coming to this lovely island. Also Ana-Maria is the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble. Stay here, you won't regret it.
