Das Wasen Gelände, das Stadtzentrum sind mit Bahn/Taxi in < 20 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Apotheke, Post & Restaurant, 20 Minuten Fußweg (Naststrasse, Römerkastell). Für Kinder ist unser Gästebereich nur bedingt geeignet

Enjoy your stay in a beautiful duplex apartment in the semi-mountainous area of Stuttgart. It is fully furnished and optimally equipped with cooking facilities as well as the necessary utensils. Therefore, it is also perfect for a longer stay. The south-facing balcony with beach chair invites you to sunbathe with views over the city. Double beds (180 x 200, 160 x 200). The apartment has a steep staircase and is therefore unsuitable for children under 6 years of age.

Our apartment is located in the west with a beautiful view over the Stuttgart valley. The apartment has been renovated and furnished with attention to detail. The public transport connection to the city center is easily accessible by bus/train in 10-15 minutes. In a few minutes you are in the Kräherwald, which invites you to jog or walk.
