Large and very comfortable apartment, in a very nice area, close to the beach and with gastronomic variety, with security of entry and the host was very friendly, she responded quickly with clear instructions.

Our stay in this home was just amazing! The property is super cozy and well cared for, offering all the comfort and convenience we needed. The house was equipped with everything that was needed, from kitchen utensils to comfort items for moments of rest. The location is wonderful, with the house being right in front of the beach, which allowed us to enjoy stunning views and easy access to the sea. In addition, it is situated in a super quiet area. We will definitely return to enjoy this amazing place even more. I highly recommend it!

Communication with Carlos was a differential: always helpful and responded hyper-fastly and always showed to be very serious and ready to meet all the demands. The check-in was only completed at 3 p.m., because when we arrived (2:30 pm) the cleaning was being completed, but that's fine. There were some maintenance exchanges that were resolved within 24 hours due to local labor. According to the host, more detailed maintenance is already scheduled and the next guests will be able to rate it better. In conclusion, it was worth it. Thank you.

Simply amazing! Daniel and his wife are exemplary hosts. Always available to serve and assist us. The house is in a privileged location, for its beauty and security and facing the sea. It is noteworthy (information that Daniel always brought us) that on the beach just the front of the condominium there are many rocks, which makes it a little difficult to shower. Nothing that a walk of a few meters does not solve. Daniel's accommodation was our last stop on the holiday trip, and it was perfect for us to rest and enjoy the natural and condo beauties. I would definitely return and recommend it to everyone. It was a few days, but it was incredible days.

Extremely good place, very good location, very close to fantastic places like the path of Moises, the Ecopark, near a river, many walks in the location of the house (jetski, speedboat, helicopter) very clean beach! pool with barbecue area, infrastructure in the house and in the condominium is impeccable. The house is quite cozy and is within a very well located condominium, between the beach of São José and Peroba, which are beautiful and excellent for bathing. I went on the November 15 holiday and the condominium was not full, which gave us a lot of privacy and tranquility, the employees are helpful. The house has a garage for 2 cars but has more vacancies inside the condominium for visitors. I thought the experience was worth the price.

Great apartment, quality of beds, linen and towels. Many high quality cooking utensils. Nearby beach, almost private. We had a memorable stay. The only negative point, which is not of the house but of the public power, is that the street is not completely urbanized and accumulates pools of water that makes mobility difficult. But it is in the process of urbanization. Soon it won't be an issue anymore. But the apartment itself is note 10. And the wonderful Cau services.
