This flat became my favourite place to stay while in Mexico City. Travelling with a bike, a ground floor flat, a washing machine, and a place to clean the bike are golden. The place was just remodelled and it looks sharp. It is definitely roomier than what you get from the pictures. The mattress is pretty comfortable (so many cheap mattresses in Mexico City's airbnbs...), hot water works flawlessly, it's not noisy and location is fantastic. Liene was a stellar host, kind and thoughtful, and made the stay more pleasant and seamless. The downsides to the flat have to do with it being on the ground floor, as it's a bit cold, and vulnerable to pests (as with all other buildings in this neighbourhood).

Gerardo and his wife are very nice. They were very flexible with my checkout time, allowing me to leave the apartment late, without asking for anything in return. The apartment was clean and fully furnished. It has all the necessary that someone would need to have a nice stay on a short or long term. I would rent from Gerardo again is I come to Mexico city.

Es un alojamiento excelente, la atención del Sr. Guillermo y su esposa, fue muy atenta y pendientes en todo momento. El espacio es ideal para las personas que indica el alojamiento, las amenidades con las que cuenta son excelentes, puedes combinar un día de alberca, con tarde-noche de películas. Tiene una cocina con lo necesario para preparar una buena comida, un asador para la carnita asada y puedes comer dentro o fuera, ya que el espacio está adaptado para ambos. Mi familia y mi perrita disfrutaron mucho la estancia, sin duda volveremos a ir.

Es la segunda vez que me quedó en el lugar y me gusta mucho. Es un lugar muy tranquilo qué está muy conectado y accesible. Además me agrada que sea una planta baja. Definitivamente volvería.

We had a great weeklong stay here. Carla was a proactive and responsive host and we had no issues whatsoever. Of particular note CDMX is a very, very busy city and Carla’s place was on a narrow side street and therefore was both private and quiet.

Estamos muy agradecidos con Edel, estuvo pendiente y resolvió nuestras dudas, el departamento es tal como en las fotos, un lugar cómodo, seguro, lindo y limpio. Hay muchos establecimientos alrededor.

Buen espacio para descansar y tener una buena estancia

El lugar es muy tranquilo, la casa es muy fresca y la alberca es lo mejor del lugar, estuvimos muy a gusto disfrutando de los espacios abiertos, la anfitriona respondió rápidamente cuando hubo alguna consulta y se cumplió con lo que menciona el anuncio . Sin duda volvería a alojarme ahí, solo si hay que reforzar el uso de repelentes pues al ser jardín abundan los mosquitos y hormigas.

Una excelente opción para descansar en familia, la casa está hermosa tal cual se ve en la fotos así está!!! La anfitriona muy amable y gentil, no dudó en cuanto tenga oportunidad regresar!! Súper recomendable!!!

valoré especialmente que la propiedad sea de una sola planta y tenga espacios muy amplios, lo que la hace ideal para personas con movilidad reducida. mi papá se sintió muy cómodo en la casa. la alberca con agua calientita una delicia! Eduardo, el anfitrión, muy amable y atento, asegurándose de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos durante nuestra estancia. nos gustaría regresar muy pronto!

La casa está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila para descansar. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar y te proporcionan lo necesario para hacerlo. La alberca esta templada y la zona de la alberca fue lo que más disfrutamos. Sin duda regresaría! Las instrucciones para llegar a la casa fueron muy claras y Verónica atendió nuestras dudas en tiempo, siempre estuvo atenta.

We had a fantastic time at this sweet apartment in the lovely neighborhood of Condesa. I fell in love with the walk around Parque Mexico (especially on Avenida Amsterdam) and the area is very central for getting around. Nicholas and Sandra were very accommodating regarding our toddler, leaving a travel crib and high chair in the apartment for us, which was perfect for our needs. I know previous posts had mentioned issues with the hot water but we didn't have any problems, and the filtered tap water was a great bonus. Our only small issue was the wifi cutting in and out a little bit, which may be something to consider if you are working remotely. Overall, a wonderful deal in a wonderful neighborhood.

Gran estadía el lugar es cómodo y muy práctico, callado y privado y acogedor

Die perfekte Wohnung für einen Städtetrip. Komfortabel, großzügig, gehobenes Niveau, tolle Terrasse, toller Pool, tolle Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist in perfektem Zustand und Sergio hat alles bestens organisiert. Unser nächster Trip nach CDMX führt uns sicher wieder in Sergios Wohnung. Kleiner Hinweis: montags ist der Pool wegen Pflege geschlossen.

Alec was very responsive. Great communication and very accommodating. The location was perfect and easy to get to. So many great restaurants and cafes all within a few blocks. Very walkable to everything. I was able to work remote with no issues with the Internet or connectivity. I will most definitely be back.
