This flat became my favourite place to stay while in Mexico City. Travelling with a bike, a ground floor flat, a washing machine, and a place to clean the bike are golden. The place was just remodelled and it looks sharp. It is definitely roomier than what you get from the pictures. The mattress is pretty comfortable (so many cheap mattresses in Mexico City's airbnbs...), hot water works flawlessly, it's not noisy and location is fantastic. Liene was a stellar host, kind and thoughtful, and made the stay more pleasant and seamless. The downsides to the flat have to do with it being on the ground floor, as it's a bit cold, and vulnerable to pests (as with all other buildings in this neighbourhood).

Gerardo and his wife are very nice. They were very flexible with my checkout time, allowing me to leave the apartment late, without asking for anything in return. The apartment was clean and fully furnished. It has all the necessary that someone would need to have a nice stay on a short or long term. I would rent from Gerardo again is I come to Mexico city.

It is an excellent accommodation, the attention of Mr. Guillermo and his wife, was very attentive and attentive at all times. The space is ideal for the people who indicate the accommodation, the amenities it has are excellent, you can combine a pool day, with late-night movies. It has a kitchen with everything you need to prepare a good meal, a grill for the roast meat and you can eat in or out as the space is adapted for both. My family and my dog really enjoyed the stay, we will definitely go back.

This is the second time I stayed in the place and I really like it. It is a very quiet place which is very connected and accessible. Also I like it to be a ground floor. Would definitely come back again.

We had a great weeklong stay here. Carla was a proactive and responsive host and we had no issues whatsoever. Of particular note CDMX is a very, very busy city and Carla’s place was on a narrow side street and therefore was both private and quiet.

We are very grateful to Edel, it was pending and resolved our doubts, the apartment is just as in the photos, a comfortable, safe, nice and clean place. There are many establishments around.

Good space to rest and have a good stay

The place is very quiet, the house is very cool and the pool is the best of the place, we were very comfortable enjoying the open spaces, the host responded quickly when there was an inquiry and the listing was met. I would definitely stay there again, only if the use of repellents has to be reinforced since being a garden there are many mosquitoes and ants.

An excellent option to rest as a family, the house is beautiful as seen in the photos as it is!!! The host was very kind and kind, she didn't hesitate as soon as she had the chance to come back!! Highly recommended!!!

We had a family reunion in Tepoztlan for the wedding of a nephew and we had a wonderful time.We were 12 adults, 4 children and one baby and we were all comfortable at the house

i especially appreciated that the property is on one level and has very spacious spaces, which makes it ideal for people with reduced mobility. my dad felt very comfortable in the house. the pool with hot water is a delight! Eduardo, the host, very kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. we'd like to return real soon!

The house is located in a very quiet area to rest. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and they provide you with what you need to do. The pool is temperate and the pool area was what we enjoyed the most. I would definitely come back! The directions to the house were very clear and Verónica answered our doubts in time, she was always attentive.

We had a fantastic time at this sweet apartment in the lovely neighborhood of Condesa. I fell in love with the walk around Parque Mexico (especially on Avenida Amsterdam) and the area is very central for getting around. Nicholas and Sandra were very accommodating regarding our toddler, leaving a travel crib and high chair in the apartment for us, which was perfect for our needs. I know previous posts had mentioned issues with the hot water but we didn't have any problems, and the filtered tap water was a great bonus. Our only small issue was the wifi cutting in and out a little bit, which may be something to consider if you are working remotely. Overall, a wonderful deal in a wonderful neighborhood.

Such amazing views! Watching the sunrise each morning on the terrace was truly magical. Great location with many food spots and grocery options nearby. Transit stations are short walks away. Very comfortable for the 6 of us.

Alec was very responsive. Great communication and very accommodating. The location was perfect and easy to get to. So many great restaurants and cafes all within a few blocks. Very walkable to everything. I was able to work remote with no issues with the Internet or connectivity. I will most definitely be back.
