I had a wonderful stay in Elisa's apartment in João Pessoa! From the first moment, I was impressed by the quality of the space, which was exactly as described in the listing. The apartment is cozy, well decorated and very clean, providing all the comfort needed to enjoy the trip. The location is great, just steps from the beach, which greatly facilitated our walks and moments of relaxation by the sea. The building is exactly what appears in the photos and the look of the waterfront is beautiful! Very well-equipped apto, good quality towels and bed linens, optimum cleaning, excellent and super quiet air conditioning. Rodrigo was very attentive throughout the booking process and the reception by Thaís was great! In addition to being friendly and attentive, it was very proactive and gave us great tips for restaurants, bars, beaches and walks.! The Verano bar/restaurant next to the property offers a good beach stand with chairs, sun umbrellas and tasty snacks. Amamos João Pessoa and especially the beach of Areia Dourada. The LocarHouse team is very efficient! Mr. João (who received us) was very responsive and clear in the past information. The house is very good, better in person than in the pictures (which are already good), it is the closest house to the sea and the rooms have views of it. A single detail (for me and my guests) that was greatly missed: The blackout curtains! The rooms are very bright and it turns out to be a little inconvenient to be obliged to always wake up at sunrise, we ended up sleeping late and having to wake up very early due to the clarity. Even so 5 stars all over the context.

Impeccable location. Whenever I go to Recife I like to stay in this building because it is very central and easy to get around, in addition to the reception being 24 hours and the staff being helpful and polite. Silvia's property matches the photos, it was clean and organized, in addition to having amenities that make life much easier for those who will spend a short time and still want to make quick meals (sugar, salt, matches, mineral water). I would definitely stay here again.

The condominium is wonderful, with an amazing pool of heated water. We decided to use the barbecue on short notice and the hosts were very quick and gentle in booking the space for us. the house is comfortable and the kitchen has the necessary equipment. I recommend it!

Impeccable apartment with everything we needed. The very cold night with a perfect leisure area for my family, by day the apartment does not get hot. Parking right in front of the apartment and super easy to access. Television in all rooms, bathrooms clean and with hot water. Comfortable beds and sofa bed good to sleep a few nights. We missed a coffee strainer and locks in the bathrooms, but this did not affect our stay at all. We had everything we needed at our disposal, either inside or outside the condominium that actually has a wonderful location. We will rent again on other occasions. In relation to the host, super helpful and available person, they pass security every step of the way.

Everything is perfect, exactly as shown in the photos photos. has air fryer that I help us a lot, we solve meals for the beach or picadas for the afternoon easily. the fridge that is big and has frezzer also helps. we could bring frozen water to the beach which is very useful. I would have liked to have vanity soap, since we arrived in the early morning and we would have liked to be able to bathe, another suggestion would be to have two tenders since with the towels and the beach clothes is just a little done. But they are details that can serve to improve. also and fundamental for Argentines an electric turkey, it becomes cumbersome to heat the water in a pot, but good details... The comfortable place, the collective stops in the corner very useful to go to the farthest beaches. the pool has a good time until 10pm. Everything was excellent. Very happy to be back .

The host Adelino always attentive and helpful at all times. It explained all the details of the building and the apartment, from the parking space to the existing grocery store in the building. A huge pool, easy and quick access to the beach and a restaurant next to the building. The very organized apartment, generous and pleasant space. We will return more often, see you soon. 👏🏻

Mayara is very solicitous, attentive. The site surprised me positively because I thought it had fewer establishments around. I forgot the towel but it was easy to buy there. The apartment has several kitchen items, fundamental. The ecological trail is quiet. To the left side of the beach, walking a 30 minute walk to Barra do Gramame and to the other side, a little further reaches the beach of love. Paradise location. It would surely return.

A very good place to stay as a couple. The apartment is fair and necessary. La Pousada in which it is located is very well maintained, with beautiful gardens and pools. Highly recommended place to walk downtown and restaurants, about a 15-minute walk to the beach. Rony is a very good host, attentive and considerate with check-in times.
