Beautiful house 800 meters from downtown Pipa, with large garden, swimming pool and whirlpool. Plus a beautiful gazebo to rest in. Please be advised that since January 2022, the house's electricity has been charged separately from the daily rate. The meter is read at check-in and check-out, and the guest pays for what they consume, according to the utility company's rate. Approximately 1.00 (one real) per kWh.
