IMPORTANT: Located by the sea, in an old and simple, iconic building, a landmark of modern Pernambuco architecture. The building's water comes from an artesian well, and may have a yellowish color. Comfortable microloft, decorated and equipped, ideal for couples. It has a compact kitchen with microwave, coffee makers, electric stove and refrigerator. TV (no streaming). The building has no parking and no place to store luggage. I recommend the Recife and Riomar malls with free locks.

On foot, you can access basic services and facilities (restaurants, pharmacy, market, bus stop for public transportation). The Old Recife, with the main sights of the city, is a 15-minute drive away. Similarly, the loft is close to the city's main business and Rio Mar mall.
