Excellent! Clean and comfortable apartment, located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and easy access to the center and great restaurants. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, super clean bathroom.

Fernanda was super attentive and friendly, and responded quickly. Super spacious, comfy and cozy house. All very clean and quiet. Ideal space for a group of friends and families. I loved it!

The Good Apartment and the excellent location. The only inconvenience is that you have no control of the garage and have to ask a doorman to open the gate every time.

The stay was excellent! The apartment corresponds exactly to the descriptions, well organized and comfortable. The location is great, in a quiet and safe area, perfect for resting. There is a market, bakery and restaurants nearby, which makes it very easy. And without traffic, we were just 5 minutes from Barigui Park, which was a big difference. I highly recommend and would come back for sure!

Residential and very quiet neighbourhood. Jucelia was super flexible regarding check-in and check-out times. The house is very spacious and we were able to enjoy our stay in curitiba!

We had a great stay at Kevin's place. Everything was very clean and neat when we arrived, including the pool and bathrooms. The contact with nature was enormous. The terrain is all walled and very safe for our puppy, who had a lot of fun running on the lawn. We recommend a lot and we've thought about coming back!

The accommodation is exactly like in the pictures, we were in 3 people and a large pet and we were super well, great location near the market, pharmacy, bakery. In the kitchen has essential utensils, we do not miss anything, even had coffee capsules to use the coffee maker. Communication with the hostess has always been quick and she is always willing to help. We indicate the accommodation for sure and whenever possible we will return

The place is impeccable, service was a differential. The host even made my check in relaxed so that I could enter the same by passing a few minutes from the limit for entry. I am very grateful for the effort to ensure that I feel accommodated. It would indicate to anyone who seeks tranquility and convenience.

Lettice’s place was great. Very well cared for and very clean. The pool came in very nicely. And her father, Daniel, was an absolutely fantastic tour guide. It’s a win win combination. Don’t pass this house up.

The house is huge and super functional. Very, very comfortable and with quality touches. The rooms are very spacious and all have air conditioning. ALL the utensils were there, NOTHING was missing. I would say that there was more than enough, you could cook whatever you wanted..!!! On the days we were there it was very hot and humid, an air conditioner in the living-dining room would have been appreciated. We managed with fans anyway. A car repair would also have been useful, although this is common to the entire complex. Note that these last two paragraphs are suggestions and in no way tarnish the final score, which is 10/10. Very satisfied!!

Our stay was excellent, in addition to being very well located, and to do almost everything on foot in the central region of the city the apartment has a great structure. We love everything. I recommend it to everyone

The house is really very nice. Everything was very well organized and clean. It has everything you need for a safe and quiet stay. Very clean, smelling and quality bed linens. The decoration of the house and rooms left us in every detail, not to mention that all 5 bedrooms are suites and with air-conditioning. The condominium where the house is located is very safe and beautiful. The front-to-house dam is very clean and with quiet waters, where we could swim, kayak and practice stand up paddle (which the house provides), not to mention that enjoying the sauna at the end of the day was also a delight. We will definitely be back!

We spent an amazing carnival in the house by the Avaré Dam and we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! We loved the house, airy, air-conditioning in the rooms, the area in the back with the pool, it was the place we stayed the most, we loved it, the beach is very close and it is great, quiet, it has everything nearby, supermarket, pharmacy, Felipe is always ready to assist us. I certainly recommend it.
