An excellent apartment, very cozy, clean, organized, with a great location and a beautiful view, is well worth it

My family and I occupied the space in early March 2025. Apt very well located, close to everything. Space served us super well (6 people, being two children). I highly recommend. Returning to Curitiba we already know where to stay.

Our stay was excellent! The check-in and checkout were very quiet to perform, and we received clear instructions for the accommodation. Also, the apartment corresponded exactly to the photos and was well equipped with everything we need. The neighborhood is well located, full of restaurants and tours around (park, museum). Lelê was a super proactive and kind host, indicating places and answering our questions about the condominium. We will definitely return!

My stay was amazing. We had a perfect family weekend, the place is exactly as described in the publication. Rafaella responded super fast and was extremely kind and hospitable. The localization is great, from walking to the brava beach and to the centrinho, by car we take a few minutes to the gentle beach, it has a pharmacy right on the corner, a cheap restaurant for lunch and at least 3 markets, distributors, gas station and more things close to the house. The apartment itself is simple but clean and cozy, the spacious balcony made us super comfortable and Rafaella made it a point to leave the barbecue clean for us to use on the day we booked. Anyway, I highly recommend!

The depto. is cute, cozy, has what you need, I would add an air conditioner in the dining room. I never met Robinson, we were very well served by Juliana(his wife). The depto is not in the central area. if you have a vehicle no problem, but you have to handle uber. The center is a few minutes away but there is an outdoor front so you can't move walking. there is a barcito/kiosco nearby, but just to get you out of trouble. A place to rest as you can't play loud music or scream....etc.

Marli's house corresponds to the listing, is very cozy and clean, ideal for short stays, as was mine. Well located and close to several points of the city, such as Centro, shopping malls and universities, a few minutes by car. There are markets, pharmacies and restaurants in the neighborhood as well. Everything was very well sanitized and clean. The view and the courtyard are very pleasant, give a warmth during the stay. Communication with Mrs. Marli was also always very smooth, from booking to check-out. I highly recommend to anyone who goes to Joinville.

The space is a delight, quiet, well located, easy to find and the atmosphere was cozy and very quiet. Everything was clean and organized as listed, the host was great and recommended places to visit as well, always responded quickly and I didn't have any setbacks, I have nothing to complain about. Super recommend the space and in case I return to the city I intend to stay again in the urban cabin. Thank you!

It is my third time at this property and I can not recommend strongly enough. From the check in to the checkout , had been a pleasure to deal with the host and the maintenance team. As always, the house is immaculate , super clean, new mattress and the pool had crystalline water which is unusual for a gigantic house. The caretaker was there every day to assist us. We will be back next year. Thanks again!

We loved the stay , the house was impeccable with clean and smells, the house is very beautiful, cozy, it has everything you need from home utensils. Local is of tranquility and peace..Owner Anderson was very helpful, always answering us and being at your disposal to answer any questions. The pool is very good...at an ideal depth...not to mention the space outside the house that you can enjoy as well. i super recommend and of course let's go back..I loved it!

We love the stay, the house is simply perfect, spacious, it was clean and everything happened as we imagined. The pool when we arrived was clean and on our 4th day of stay a couple went home to clean while we slept. The hostess is a person's candy, super helpful since the beginning of the reservation. The house is not that far from the central beach, going by Uber or by car gave about 7 minutes. Very quiet surroundings. The cleanliness was ok, I believe that because it is a beach it is more difficult to keep extreme clean. The toilets and showers were great as well, as the beds and all the air conditioners in the house worked perfectly. We loved it and we would definitely stay again! 🫶🏻🥰

We really like the site! Beautiful and quiet, supermarkets nearby, convenience stores on the front. Ap very good and well equipped. The owner always responded super well and always cordial.

Apartment has a great location, "foot in the sand". The size is ideal for 4 to 6 people. Many nearby shops and easy access to the other regions. The condominium is well-structured and organized. I and my family liked it very much.

The excellent apto, Ana Flávia very polite and always ready to help. There is pharmacy on the corner and market just across the street. We'll be back soon.
