All as described, very comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. Location with all kinds of commerce very close. Luís was helpful… iron iron did not work, I communicated him and promptly provided another one. I recommend and would come back again. Ah, there is a bakery next to the AP entrance, where we drink coffee every day, served us very well.

It was all very good, they always answered our questions very quickly and kindly, we arrived at 1pm in the river and the check-in was only 3 pm and I asked us to leave the bags at least so we could go for lunch and she gently let us advance the check-in without any problems and extra charges, at the Tb exit I asked to leave the bags for us to have lunch there in the region before our transfer arrives because we would have 1:30 in the meantime and tb was allowed in a good one. Everything was clean , the photos match the space, and I loved the fact that we had a safe. We will definitely go back and indicate to people. The village had towels and the shower is wonderful. the small kitchen but equipped enough for us to eat our breakfast, we did not make the other meals at the AP. I don't have anything to complain about. I loved RJ

We had a great experience staying at the apartment :) We liked the location- close to the beach and has lots of good restaurants. Big supermarket located just 1min walk, thus easy to get ingredients for cooking. The host let us do an early check-in when we arrived. During the stay, the host was very helpful and was available for questions such as where we can park our car.

I've had an excellent experience! Since the confirmation of the reservation, Regiane has contacted immediately, always attentive, polite and concerned about everything, a very friendly and humane person. The apartment is complete, air-conditioning, fast internet, airy and comfortable space! The condominium provides a visible security, in addition to being a family and calm environment, the neighborhood has everything close! Pharmacy, market, restaurants and bars. I will return more times, I felt at home (I would live there kkk for me). Anyway, I recommend to anyone looking for safety, convenience and accessibility.

My second stay at this apartment and it was as fantastic as my last stay. Carlos is a real gentleman who really cares and looks after his guests. He left provisions for a few days which was much appreciated after a long flight. He checked in regularly to make sure that all was ok. The apartment is well located with an amazing view. It is walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. The pool is well maintained and very quiet during the week. The daily complementary housekeeping is an added bonus to keep the apartment spotless. It has all the amenities you need to feel right at home. I cannot wait until my next visit. 100% recommended.

Helena's apartment is very cozy. It has everything you need, is very tastefully decorated and the cleanliness is impeccable. There is air conditioning in the room and also in the living room where the sofa bed is located which is very comfortable. Located in a very nice area of the Ipanema neighborhood. Walkable to both Ipanema beach and Copacabana. There are many shops nearby and a very nice fair in a square that is 2 blocks away. Helena is very friendly, always answers all your doubts and leaves a guide with recommendations for places to eat and visit. She was also kind enough to let us check out late since our flight was leaving late

Easy to access location, bakery and restaurant nearby. Super clean apartment, all necessary utensils in the kitchen. I just missed the information that they would not provide bed and bath linens, but it was practical to provide them, it did not hinder the stay at all. Flexible check-out.

An apartment with an excellent location directly in front of the beaches of Copacabana and with a 24-hour controlled entrance. We feel very safe and only need 5 minutes to the beach. Also great for those who want to take an Uber and visit the city. The apartment is beautifully decorated, maintained and all very clean. The process for checking in and checking out was quite easy and communication with the guest worked perfectly. We recommend it!

The last few years I’ve always stayed at this beautiful apartment and will continue to book it if available on my future trips. Location is great, building staff is awesome, the apartment and very nice, private and comfortable! Ricardo is a perfect host. I highly recommend this apartment as long as it does not conflict with my next trips 😁.

We liked very much to stay in Sergio's apartment which is situated at the brink of the atlantic rainforest and near to the Gavea rock. Sergio wellcomed us with tropical fruits and juice and informed us about the surrounding area . The apartment is quite and we had once during our 2 1/2 weeks stay the visit of a "Sagui"-monkey family on the balcony which was very interesting and amazing. There was also a charming cat always waiting for us on the balcony in the morning when we woke up and in the evening when we came home begging for some delicious food other than she got from Sergio. To walk to the Joatinga beach you need around 20 minutes and the last stretch is quite steep and slippery. Therefore It is better to go there with tennis shoes than with flip flops. We were very satisfied with the apartment and Sergio as host.

Suzana's place was great. Excellent location a block away from the beach. Close to many supermarkets. Many nice restaurants and bars close by. Everything worked well, washing machine, WiFi and AC. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We would recommend Celia’s apartment to anyone! We are a group of girls and felt extremely safe. The building had 24hour security and Celia and her daughter Nena were so friendly and helped with any queries we had. It’s a great apartment, in a perfect location and has everything you could possibly need. We’ll be sure to stay here if we come back to Rio :)

We are very grateful to Wilson, it allowed us to get into the lodging earlier as our flight was arriving tomorrow. When we were at the airport to retire, we were informed that the flight was canceled, assigning it for the next day; Wilson allowed us to return to the accommodation without any problem. The location of the accommodation is excellent, it is a few steps from the Siqueira Campos Metro and close to Copacabana beach. We definitely hope to be back soon.

I used to go to RJ for some time and stay in the central region, and Gil's apartment was one of the best places I've ever stayed. We went into three people and the space served us well. A clean, spacious place with great location and also Gil was flexible with check-in times. We only have to thank you. I highly recommend!

Amazing place - looks like the description, surrounded by restaurants, and steps from the beach. The private jacuzzi and terrace was the cherry on top.

The place is exactly the same as in the pictures , if not better . All very organized and clean. Francisco is a great host , very receptive , helped us with everything we needed during our stay . We recommend and we will definitely return !

Very good apartment! The view is worth the most! Despite being an old building, the apartment is well cared for and beautiful (with an elevator of those ancient who are kkk fear). It could have more accessories like glasses for a better wine and cutlery... but it was worth it!! The hosts are very helpful and polite, they helped us as much as they could!
